The owners of the property were very nice and helpful. They are always ready to help, give directions and tips about where to go or where to eat. Our daughter loved the ducks and bunnies on the backyard. Jeff feeds them in the afternoon. The view of the reservior was also very nice. Location-wise, it's very close to the beach,...

The owners are sooooo accommodating! Very good intel about the area. Great suggestion for parking and what sights to see. We loved the area and food so much that we stayed an extra night. Ate ice cream on the picnic table in the back of the hotel and watched the sunset.

Very clean place. Owners are always there and take their reputation seriously. Nice little deck on the back located on a pond. Bathrooms are small and at $149 it is a bit pricey with no continental breakfast. For $125 per night would have given it five stars. If you aren't worried about price, book it you'll find the place nice.

This is a basic motel but it is inexpensive, well run, has plenty of trash cans in the room, a microwave, and fridge and is very clean and comfortable. There are a limited number of units run by a couple that lives on property. They are considerate, conscientious, and helpful. They also sent us to the Atlantic Grill nearby for...

We live in Providence, but when my mom planned a trip to visit she wanted to stay near the beach for a few days. I waited too long to decide on a place, and she went ahead and booked this for three nights. It is walking distance to Easton's (First) Beach, and Second beach is walkable if you like to...

The reasonably priced motel is a find. The rooms are clean and roomy. Jeff is very helpful. His suggestions of places to visit were invaluable. The chairs overlooking the water are a perfect place for breakfast and, if you like, some lobster rolls and wine at sunset. I highly recommend The Sea Whale.

If you're of that certain generation and you remember road trips with your family in an old '72 station wagon, you're gonna love this place. It's the place time forgot. You walk in and you're greeted by the owners, who couldn't be any nicer. Enter your room and you travel back at least 40 years. Old furniture, very dated bathrooms,...

This clean, reasonably priced motel is a gem. It is close to attractions (five minutes from Newport) and several nice restaurants are in walking distaince. We had a balcony room with a lovely water view. Couldn't find nicer proprietors (Jeff & Terri). They were very helpful in giving us directions and information on local attractions and dining options. If we...

Have stayed in the motel and was excellent! It was sold out, so this time we rented the 2 bedroom cottage. How very charming. Extremely clean and nicely decorated. Lovely setting with a lawn and picnic table and bunnies everywhere! They are adoreable! The cottage is quite roomy and comes with everything. Quiet setting. Will be a tough choice whether...
