This is the fourth visit to this lovely place within a year. Highlights include the lounge/bar, live bands and great Saturday night crowd with adults who know how to dance, drink (appropriately) and have a good time. Shogun, the Japanese restaurant is a winner - but reservations are strongly recommended. The swimming pools are delightful. The Jacuzzi is just the...

The rooms in the tower were very small; however, you do not stay in the room very often. We were in a corner room off Rt 315 and it was very noisy (from outside). There is an excellent shuttle service to nearby restaurants and the casino. The staff are very friendly and willing to make an extra effort to make you...

DW and I visited the Woodlands Inn for 2 nights, midweek in February For Valentine's Day and my wife's 70th. What a gem! We reserved a King room for a very reasonable price. Not that we needed it, it was a handicap accessible room (partly the reason for the low price ??), first floor near the lobby. We did manage...

Check in was pleasant, rooms were very clean, food and entertainment were great. And they provide a free shuttle service to Mohegan Sun Casino! I will say if you are looking for a quiet family getaway this would not be the place. But for my husband and I, we will definitely be returning!

From the time you enter the building, you know you made the right choice. The staff is well trained and comfortable in serving the guest. Eye contact, friendly smiles, trained professionals at all level of staffing. This is not a corporate, manager in the back office hiding from the guest, hotel. This is a hands on operation where everyone knows...

This was the perfect location for visiting family in the Wilkes Barre area. Four adults and two children, ages 8 and 11. The rooms were very comfortable, the food was great, and the pool and hot tub was perfect for relaxing and spending some quality family time together. The fact that there are options for adults, i.e. bar and nightclub,...

We just got back from a night at the Woodlands. As always we had a clean spacious room with a view of the courtyard and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great and check-in was a breeze. The shuttle service is a great addition and the driver was a very nice and friendly guy. We would recommend to others...

The Woodlands has been a go to spot for a long time, however, recently, the crowds have diminished. It can be a lot of fun, if you are with a bunch of people, out to have drinks and socialize. The rooms need another upgrade. We stayed recently for a friends BD, and our room was in a great location, but...

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience regarding your recent stay. I'm very happy that you had such a great time that you would recommend us to friends and family.
