We rented a house from the owner of Stony Point for a family reunion. It was a wonderful experience. We had five families sharing the house. It was clean and completely furnished including supplies. We only had to buy food. We all recommend this place. The owner gave us a tour of Stony Point. It's an amazing place. He is...

Wonderful! The house is beautiful and full of history. The beds were great to sleep on and I like the original fixtures throughout the house. Nice to set outside and enjoy the wooded environment. Paul was a great host and gave us a tour of the house.

Having never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, my husband and I had no idea what to expect for our getaway weekend. Arriving at Stony Point, we suddenly felt like we were transported to another time and place. The house had an old world charm ... it felt like we crossed over into a previous life and had a...

Over the years my husband and I have stayed at many B&B's but Stony Point gets the highest marks for allowing us to feel relaxed in a welcoming atmosphere (Innkeeper Paul conversing with us in the kitchen as he cooked) while still retaining a quality B&B atmosphere (chocolates on the bed and robes in the closet). The house is beautiful...

This was my first bed and breakfast stay. Stony Point bed & breakfast is located in a quant, small little town of Tyrone, PA, and the bed and breakfast is set back away from the town, up a beautiful hill with woods and on a gorgeous property of 7 acres! The inn keeper is the nicest guy ever and will...

Loved our 1st B&B stay ever! The bar is now set so high! Immaculate rooms. Close to Altoona. Charming town. Peaceful location. Paul even had wine glasses for our room! Perfect for our anniversary stay. Amazingly comfortable bed and luxurious sheets. The breakfast was so good I didn't know what to eat first. Can't wait to return to this charming...

Neither my fiance or I had ever stayed at a B&B before so we weren't sure what to expect. After staying at the Stony Point I think any other we stay at will be a disappointment. Everything about our trip was just perfect. We found the Stony Point when my fiance had a work function a few towns over and...

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast. We made a last minute booking when we decided to drive halfway to our destination in Mt. Pleasant to pick up our horse. Paul was very accommodating and friendly. The room was really comfortable and clean. The sheets smelled so fresh! Our breakfast was delicious! Everything was perfect! We...

My companion and I stayed here for the week for a business trip. We both travel often for work, and usually stay in local hotels. This provided a much appreciated change of pace from our normal schedules. Our biggest benefit was the strong, reliable WiFi signal throughout the house. Although we are neither one breakfast eaters, Paul did keep a...

My stay at Stony Point was amazing. From the delicious breakfasts to the comfortable room to the quiet evenings complete with fireflies and wildlife sightings, nothing could have made this trip more memorable. Paul is the quintessential host--he stayed out of our way but was there whenever we needed him. I give Stony Point the highest recommendation. It was an...
