Off the beaten path. Very poor wifi services. For someone that needs to unplug... good choice. Small and quaint. Beautiful scenery neat a wonder lake. I took a nice walk and pocked wild flowers and placed then in a water bottle.

Quaint place! They call them tree houses which the kids love! We actually rented one closest to the pond/lake which was outstanding. The house itself is dated, but we didn't come here to stay inside, we came for the outdoors. Full kitchen, two bedrooms and a loft. 2 bathrooms and a fireplace...again it shows some age but we are having...

In the summer months during the 60's I worked at Tamiment. It was a wonderful experience! One night Woody Allen did a stand up routine: "My ancestors went to Italy for the Renaissance." SO, this June I went to "Eagle Village" to try and recapture that "Tamiment" experience. Woody Allen does not do stand up anymore and the "Tamiment" experience...

Great view on the lake.Take your fishing gear. Lots of streams.Lots of waterfalls. Not much else to do in the spring unless you like to eat out a lot. Very quiet. Good restaurants in the area but some distance away.

First, I must tell you that I've been to at least 35 different RCI resort properties around the USA over the past 20 or more years, and honestly, RCI should be ashamed that their name is even associated with this one! Eagle Village Resort near Bushkill is by far the dirtiest and most neglected resort I've ever been too. It...

My husband, daughter, sister in law, and nephew stayed at the "treehouse like" cabins at the resort, while planning a short ski trip.To be fair, they make no bones about their "built in 1980's" conditions on their website. And while I generally do not care so much about the look of the place, I have to say, I was a...

We stayed at the Eagle Village for the first week of Sept, 2015. The village is located about 30 minutes away from towns and villages. So if you like the wilderness this is the place for you. Almost every day we saw deer and wild turkeys. Our cabin was very nice with a two bedrooms, two bathrooms and full kitchen...

Incredibly rural both inside and out. The air conditioning, appliances, and shower worked. The unit was dated as shown exactly in the resort photos. No surprises here...Nothing was plush but the company I kept. Bring your own linen, cleaning spray, bath, and laundry soap. Cuddly, rest, and enjoy the quiet! PS "bear and friends" are real. They show up at...

Thank you for your kind review. Yes we are a bit rural and dated however, as you stated everything should work. It's a great family fun resort and a quiet place for quality time. Hope you come back soon. We do have a pretty aggressive refub. plan and hopefully if you come back you can see our improvements. Thanks again...

We knew the place was not handicap friendly but we were not prepared for the long, steep walk down from the parking lot to the base of the steps leading up to the cabin. There were 14 wooden, shaky steps to climb after the steep walk down to get into the cabin. Once inside we were greeted by a very...

Cool place with 2 bedroom plus loft tree house type condos. They are lifted off ground so no need to worry about bears and reptiles. Right on a beautiful lake, the places are clean and decent for a large family. The pool are and game room OK. Overall great place to stay if you like the Bushkill Falls area. Plenty...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Our timeshare units reflect the rustic feel of their surroundings with comfortable, yet period furnishings. The rolling nature of the landscape makes it likely that there will be stairs leading to the unit. All units are two stories, which include additional stairs inside. Built in the 1980’s, our accommodations are dated and show normal wear and tear for their age, but we do pride ourselves on making our villas as accommodating as possible. We have many satisfied guests who have returned for visits year after year, and our hospitality scores are among the highest in the Pocono area. Come in and meet our friendly staff at Eagle Village; winners of RCI's coveted Hospitality Award. Enjoy the beautiful rustic scenery, the wild life and nature's natural wonders Eagle Village has to offer. If you are interested in a relaxing, quiet getaway, come and spend some time with us. ... more   less
