We rented four rooms at Deer Hollow while the nine of us were in the area for a family event. From our first contact with Rachel, we knew we had made a good decision to stay there. She is warm, friendly, helpful. In the midst of a working farm, the inn and its surroundings quiet beautiful. Lots of cows nearby,...

Through serendipidty, we had the great opportunity to stay at the Deer Hallow Bed and Breakfast our our way from Michigan to the Jersey Shore. Rachel and Denk were such gracious hosts. They are the kind of people that you can sit and learn about their family and the area, as we did, when we arrived and over breakfast; or,...

This pleasant, well-kept B&B is in a loverly area of Pennsylvania. The rooms are attractive and comfortable, breakfast is great. But the owners, Rachel and Dink , are what sets this apart. Their advice on where to go and what to see was perfect, and to be sure that we saw the best, Dink took over an hour to take...

We had a really nice stay at this bed and breakfast. My daughters and I stayed here while visiting Juanita College. Rachel and Dink were very accommodating. They asked what we would like for breakfast. I felt like I was in my own home. She had a little dog, which one of my daughters was afraid of, so Rachel put...

Our large and loud family took over the Deer Hollow Bed and Breakfast for Memorial Day weekend for our trip to Penn State. The owners welcomed us warmly. They accommodated our group, and even made special dishes for breakfast for kids and for me, a vegan. Their little dog probably was exhausted by all the active kids, but Muffin remained...

Our children celebrated their father's special birthday (his 70th). Our daughter, Alycia, found a lovely bed and breakfast that was our home away from home for the Memorial Day weekend. The Deer Hollow Bed and Breakfast was our base of operation for busy, fun-filled activities at and near Penn State (my husband's Alma Mater, which was about ½ hour away)....

We recently spent a weekend at Deer Hollow B&B and had a nice time. This place is definitely "off the beaten path", but a great option to get away from the rat race. Rachel and Dink were very gracious hosts and open their home to all who visit. The weather was terrible during our stay - but the destination would...

My wife and I were driving south through Pennsylvania on our honeymoon and just Googled places to stay along the way. This place popped up and we gave them a call three hours in advance. We were greeted warmly and they offered to meet us at the highway exit to ensure we got there ok -just a testament to their...
