The Maid's Quarters Bed and Breakfast is such a great place to stay when traveling! My fiancé and I decided to stay there the night after we got engaged and we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more! Allyson, the innkeeper, is such an excellent host and a fabulous cook! Everything was very clean! An excellent place to stay if you are... More

Our room was #2. It was on the main st, but was not noisy at night. The room was roomy enough, but the bathroom was very narrow. It would have been better if there was a small table to put toiletries on. The breakfast was very good. We were impressed with the attention to detail - lot's of nice touches. If... More

My wife and I were celebrating my birthday and our Anniversary this past weekend. Allyson made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at her B&B. The place is perfect - it's quaint and a perfect place to relax! Allyson was spot on with her recommendations about where to eat and sights to see. She is one of the... More

Very home-like atmosphere, experience was excellent. Hostess's Abby and Colleen were very welcoming and great conversationalist. There were detailed touches all over the house including tea, home-made cookies, tarts, whole fruit etc... at anytime of the day or night. Very relaxing and clean. Very happy we went and would book again in a heart beat if opportunity arises.

Very nice place. The host is very welcoming and the house is clean and spacious. Nice bedroom and sitting room. Private bathroom. Well working WI-FI. Clean, well-positioned and good service. Free parking. Breakfast included. Pottsville is not the most touristic place in the world... but if you know this, then you're fine.

My wife and I were en route to Phoenixville PA for the annual "Blobfest" which is a pop cultural phenomenon now in its seventeenth year that celebrates the making of the 1958 sci-fi movie "The Blob" and held in the Colonial Theatre, one of the movie's shooting locations. We realized that Phoenixville was very close to Pottsville and decided to... More

The proprietor, Allyson, is very kind and welcoming. We stayed here July 4th weekend visiting family. We stayed in the top floor suite which is very charming and huge. There are so many nice touches here. Home baked cookies welcome you with plenty of snacks available. Robes in the closets. We had a morning event and Allyson was kind enough... More

A glittering jewel in Pottsville-we'll definitely be back! The proprietor was awesome and very knowledgable, plus the breakfast was delicious! The b&b is located centrally and is walking distance to many attractions. Rooms are comfy and the building has "old world" charm.

Super cute place, we stayed in Room 3, which has 3 separate rooms, all connected by one hallway - so it's like having a whole apartment to yourself. Allyson is very kind and welcoming. Not much to do in Pottsville (although Yeungling and Hope Hill Lavender Farms were amazing!) but this place is the best B&B I've ever been to

We stayed in the top room suite that had 2 rooms and sitting area. It was spacious and very comfortable. It had an adorable fireplace space heater. The breakfast in the morning was so good. You were given options. I had honey pancakes one morning and caramelized french toast the other. Both served with fresh fruit. Free wireless.
