The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The free shuttle to/from Oakland locations was a nice surprise! The hotel is close to many of Pittsburgh's attractions. Our room was very clean and larger than expected.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service I received when requesting assistance with directions, despite my being very stressed - since I was running late. The front desk agent quickly printed out directions that took me right to my appointment and I arrived on time, and thanks to them for all their help.

The hotel was older, but in a very convenient location which is why we chose this hotel. The staff was friendly, especially the shuttle driver. The room we had was facing the road so it was very noisy. The door to the balcony was about to come out of the door framing so it could use some maintenance. No breakfast...

Thank you for being our guest. I am happy you were satisfied with your stay. I apologize for the noise. We are located near several major roads. Some guests find the rooms that face the parking lot side of the building to be quieter. I hope you will return in the future! Sincerely, Ben Greiner Assistant General Manager

Stayed one night on a road trip & just landed on the Quality Inn. The lady at check in was great. Gave us a room that really suited our needs. Plenty of information for us about shopping , dining & sight seeing in the limited time we had. Definately one of the most courteous & helpful hotels we stayed at...

It's a good, economical choice if you are touring colleges, which can get expensive. Pros: walkable to Pitt and CMU; free parking and wifi; friendly staff; clean. Cons: very dated and showing wear - but you're not going to be in your room much, anyway. The people in the room next door were smoking, and the front desk immediately got...

The hotel looks a little old from the outside but it was clean on the inside. Our room was a nice sized room and cleaner than some higher end hotels I've stayed in. It is a fairly close walk to campus and would be a perfect walk if the weather isn't too cold. The staff was very friendly and accommodating....

When we checked in I asked for a handicap accessible room. I was told that this hotel didn't have any. Not that they were already booked, but that they simply didn't exist.
