Just spent two nights at this wonderful Inn. Location excellent, Shadyside is a lovely spot for dining and shopping. Inn spotlessly clean and staff(especially Heidi) extremely helpful and tend to your every need. Bed really comfortable and breakfast in the morning a delight. Will return and tell friends.

We celebrated my cousin's (belated) 30th birthday today by enjoying high tea at this charming Inn. I feel that good customer service is a rarity these days, but folks at the Inn will give you hope! Everyone was very pleasant....from the moment I called to make reservations until the moment we left...especially our server Sara(h)?. Friendly, attentive and smiling, Sara...

This is one WONDERFUL place to stay. The phone and email communication were efficient. Very friendly voices on the other end of the phone line each time I needed help or had a question. When we arrived, a parking spot in the back was available for us. The check in was quick and easy, complete with a warm welcome and...

Thank you so much for today! I am a breast cancer survivor and won a tea for four. You allowed me to include my granddaughter and even accommodated my gluten allergy. The food was fantastic for both regular and gluten free. We will definitely be back! Kudos to your staff for their friendliness and hospitality. Today was my 14 year...

What a gem!! I stayed here for a "girls weekend" that was the most memorable! We had two rooms across from each other that allowed for plenty of space for five. The Inn is tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff was welcoming, attentive and very hospitable. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!!! I highly recommend...

Wonderfully comfortable and fitted out with everything one might need and more. Decor and furnishings excellent and good public rooms for relaxing. Service also outstanding. In those respects, the best Inn we have experienced. Breakfast was good but not as exceptional as we expected.

What a wonderful location! My sister's future MIL hosted her bridal shower here and with 11 people, we had our own private room. It was tastefully decorated and beautiful. The Inn on Negley also has a private parking lot in the back meant for their guests but street parking is plentiful around there, as well. The tea room is simply...

My husband, my son, and I stayed in the Northern Spy Suite while visiting Carnegie Mellon and Pitt. The public area design was (to my taste) a little fussy, but our room was a generous space for three, with its separate sitting room with a fold-out couch, and beautifully appointed in every detail. The bathroom was roomy and so well...
