After comparing prices and amenities at various hotels in the Pittsburgh area, The Priory was by far the best! I stayed at The Priory twice in the past two weeks for job interviews in Pittsburgh and had a great experience both times. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, not to mention quiet! The breakfast selection is great, and I...

My boyfriend and I decided to take a spur of the moment weekend getaway to Pittsburgh the weekend of January 13. Upon searching for hotel recommendations I came across The Priory Hotel. It looked like a perfect hideaway. And that it was! A true Pittsburgh Gem! The staff was excellent (even when I called to make the reservation they couldn't...

I love this place! A very unique hotel built in the late 1800s, as a monastery. My room was on the main street right behind the front desk, but was still quite quiet. The room even had antiques in it. There were original monastery antiques in the hallways and the refectory, which was used for the breakfast room. I asked...

This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so amazing and I felt right at home. The monk's bar is a great place to meet other travelers and the bartenders were great. The breakfast room was so pleasant that I lingered every morning and read the newspaper or a book. Can't wait to go back!

The Priory Hotel was a 10 out of 10 experience for us from the minute we arrived. Michael at the front desk was ready to recommend plenty of restaurants for dinner and even arranged for us to take the courtesy hotel shuttle to dinner and back. He directed to us to the hotel's bar, which is-- true story-- the smallest...

There are some very nice things about this hotel, and a few not so nice. Let me start with the good things. We were able to book a room for a reasonable price, and the staff was quite friendly and our room was larg enough and fairly pleasant. You do feel a little as if you've rented a room inside...

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our hotel. We're pleased that you enjoyed aspects of your stay. With regard to your comments regarding our neighborhood, Deutschtown, I have to disagree. First, we have many world class amenities within a quarter mile of our property - the Andy Warhol Museum and the National Aviary being but...

What a great shfind. We stayed at the Priory for our anniversary. We only live 1 hour from the city and were looking for something different. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was small, but being that it was only one night, it worked. Parking was free. But the absolute best part - THE FREE SHUTTLE. The...

Beautifully decorated and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the breakfast was sub-par, but for the price, not too bad for a quick bite. Didn't use the shuttle service because we preferred to drive and walk. Great location. Tucked away in a quiet corner but only a 15min walk from PNC and Heinz.
