Kill the creepy statues and figurines. We had room number 5 with private access. That was a perk because of the narrow stairways inside. Thebbed was very comfy with a pretty scent. The location was great; walking distance to local shops. Went to newly opened Lola and it was FABULOUS (live music.) Porches served a very nice breakfast of belgian...

My daughter and I just returned from a 2 night stay here in room #9. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Nice roomy bathroom with thick towels that smelled clean and freshly laundered. The room had it's own temperature control, which I really appreciated since the weather was a little warmer than normal...

We stayed here for two nights during a blizzard in February 2013. Very accommodating and warm service by John (owner). Cute town and great place to go if you like shopping for antiques. Low key which is what we like. Highly recommend this B&B.

Over the past weekend my husband and I along with our friends visiting from Kuwait stayed at Porches. The place is simply charming! Carol - GM of Porches is a perfect fit to oversee this bed and breakfast. She is so nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are quaint, clean and have an old world charm. The breakfast in the...

In late September 2012 my husband took me to this B&B for my birthday weekend. It is a special place right in the center of New Hope. The location could not be better, you can park your car and walk absolutely everywhere. The tow path is right out the back door too. The innkeepers even let us keep our car...

We had a lovely time at the Porches and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable get away. The staff was very helpful suggesting various places to eat and visit and made us feel extremely welcome. Our room was clean and we loved the aesthetic. It was such a nice departure from the traditional floral and lace...

Stayed on a weekday for a midweek getaway and loved it. Room was great, host was very nice, enjoyed the simple but very hearty and tasty breakfast on the second floor porch and felt like we were sitting in a tree house. Wonderful spot to stay and wander around New Hope. Right in the heart of things, we didn't get...

I was looking at this B&B for almost a year, and I now regret waiting so long to actually stay here! This B&B is fabulous. It is convenient to the downtown, you don't have to worry about finding a place to park. The Inn itself is adorable. The gardens all around the property almost made the place seem magical. We...

John and the team are wonderful hosts who will go out of their way to make you comfortable. They have a wide range of accomodations to choose from and we were lucky enough to experience two different rooms during our visit. Room #5 in the upper main house was our favorite with a spacious bathroom, bedroom and plenty of natural...
