We stayed one night and wish we could of stayed longer! The family was wonderful, the breakfast delicious and the overall experience was great. We have never done a farm stay before and this was a wonderful introduction. The ponies, goats, kittens, chickens and the three dogs were a HUGE hit with the kids. The room was everything we needed... More

This wonderful location is not only a perfect location to visit Amish country and local farms, the owner, her daughter and son and grandchildren are great too! We really enjoyed the family feeling DAILY cooked, fresh meals and friendship! As noted from a previous entry, this is not a luxury hotel but it's perfect in that it's clean and has... More

We loved it. My kids are already begging to go back!!!! We all loved playing with the kittens. There is just something relaxing about holding a kitten. We went on 2 hayrides, which were definitely fun. We just loved everything. It's not a luxury hotel - it's an old house. But everything was clean and the Miller family was just... More

We just returned home from the Green Acres B&B. Our stay was perfect for my husbands first B&B experience. There was a campfire in the evening to sit around and get to know the guests and innkeepers. My 5 year old loved to collect the eggs, play in the playhouses, and the haywagon farm tour. We will be back some... More

We recently stayed at Green Acres for 2 nights in the Canopy Room. This was our second stay here. (Previously we stayed in the Attic room.). Both rooms had plenty of space and have a real farm feel to them. My children begged me to come back as they had so many happy memories from five years ago!!! Some of... More

Having found this place via a search for working farms, I expected more farm activities. Having stayed at several other places in the PA area, we've come to expect guided farm chores that kids and adults participate in. The only farm animals we saw here were 4 goats that ran when you came near their enclosure, and some chickens that... More

We stayed at this B&B for three nights, on a short vacation with another family. Our main hope was for the kids (ages 5-7) to enjoy time on a farm and explore the area a bit. For that, this B&B absolutely fit the bill. We spent one day at Barnyard Kingdom (somehow, we always seem to end up here when... More

We spent a week in lovely Lancaster County with the kids and we stayed at Green Acres Farm B&B a night. We greatly enjoyed the delicious farm breakfast which included fresh eggs, pancakes, bacon, toast, cake, orange juice, and coffee. The kids had a great time collecting eggs, feeding the miniature horses, and sheep, traveling to an Amish farm via... More

We just returned from an idyllic stay in the countryside at Green Acre Farm with our two kids (3 and 6) as well as our friends who have same aged two children. The farm house was beautiful and charming and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We stayed in the two rooms with a shared private terrace. The kids enjoyed... More
