Clean room but has wallpaper peeling and spots on ceiling in the bathroom. The room is in pretty good shape. Breakfast is typical continental with waffle maker. Front desk had no recommendations for dinner but Pappajohn's so we were left on our own to find a spot. Beds are clean and accommodated my son's bed wetting on accident :( He...

This was my first experience here. It was about 40 min from the town centre, so it seemed. The greeting was friendly. The luggage people were awaiting our arrival and called out tour leader when our bus was late arriving. Our luggage was promptly delivered to our rooms. I had a suite which was great. A large living area with...

Our family stayed two nights here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient. No problems whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient, with enough variety that everyone found something to eat.

This hotel is located in a rural part of Lancaster Co.. It is quiet and clean and the front desk staff are very helpful. A variety of restaurants are located within a 15 minute drive but other sources of entertainment are limited. If you are looking to just relax while away, this is a good choice.

My husband and daughter stayed at this facility for a recent basketball tournament at the Spooky Nook sports facility. I did not stay so will keep my review about the great customer service I received today while speaking with Gabby at the front desk. My husband left his favorite pillow and asked me to call about it. I was a...

Very nice, clean, well maintained medium sized hotel. Quiet is the hallmark. Out of the hustle, set back from the road, yet truly only minutes to dinning and Lancaster activities and attractions. Beds a comfortable in standard rooms with the expected features, and plenty of space. Weekends can be busy with the proximity to the largest indoor sports complex in...

This hotel was so clean and quiet. We had a few misunderstandings upon check in due to booking with someone who was training and may have confused things... a bit, but Management went above and beyond to make up for it after I communicated through a letter! The breakfast was great with many options and saved us time & money...

Quiet, comfy Inn off the beaten path but still close to Lancaster and Hershey. The breakfast room is small but it worked. The breakfast itself was a little scarce but again, it worked. We lucked out and were there to enjoy the gigantic open air market and flea market they have right down the road on Tuesdays.

From the time we arrived until the time we left, we felt welcome. This inn is well appointed and immaculate.A country theme abounds throughout and the Amish pictures are a constant reminder of the farms that surround the area. The front desk clerk was very accommodating and our room was both spacious and inviting. Plenty of linens were provided and...

Located amidst dairy farms and small town businesses, you couldn't find friendlier or cleaner accommodations. Gabby at the front desk helped over the phone to assure a check-in time compatible with our dinner reservations in nearby Litiz. And Simone (bless her heart) handled multiple calls for directions when my GPS failed. Her pleasant responses and calm assurance served well to...
