We stayed here for 2 nights over the past weekend. Our room was not clean, my hand stuck to the dishwasher when I opened it, the toaster was covered in smeared finger prints, underneath the couch there was an array of leftover things, there were...More
We stayed here for a night with our two kids as part of the Sesame Place package and it was wonderful. The 2 bedroom suite was a great size and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel is in good, clean condition, includes a...More
Booked a two bedroom online which claimed to have a king bedded and queen bedded room. Both were king when we checked in. Traveling with parents and kids so the bedding wasn't ideal. I have felt extremely unclean since checking in and we are only...More
We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room is a fairly good size, but once we added a crib to the living area, it got a little tight. My daughter slept on the pull-out and the mattress was miserable. I would NOT recommend sleeping...More

We were there at the beginning of June, so they weren't really busy. The driver just waited at the front desk for anyone that wanted to go so we never had to wait. Then she asked us to call her if she wasn't at the gate when we were ready to leave. I think in peak season, she probably runs every 15 minutes or so.....I would call the hotel to double check that though. It was wonderful having the Shuttle - they take you over there, drop you off right at the front gate and pick you up when you're ready to come back. No struggles to park or no long walks to the front gate from parking!
