Me and my husband decided to have a romantic getaway. This was the perfect place. We stayed in the cabin and it was perfect. We had plenty of privacy. The Jacuzzi for two was great and so was the shower. The innkeeper brings you the breakfast to your door. The breakfast was great by the way. We highly recommend this...

I recommend this B&B to everyone! Very homey atmosphere. The innkeeper here is very friendly and welcoming - she's feels like a relative! We had to arrive late evening because of our flight and drive - Theresa was very kind and considerate and waited for us to come, even after 10pm! Very compassionate. The rooms here are VERY clean and...

This was a last minute pick but have to say the place is amazing innkeeper Theresa was the best hostess and Breakfeast was phenomenal. We only stayed 1 night in the Tessler room but toured the house. The old amusement park takes you back a many years.

My husband and I spent the night away together here to celebrate my birthday and enjoy Lancaster. We were greeted by the Inn Keeper who was so welcoming and friendly. She made sure we felt right at home and fixed a delicious breakfast the next morning. We highly recommend this B&B and will be back!

We arrived in Lancaster 30 minutes prior to check-in so I called Rocky Springs to ask if we could just come on the grounds and walk around until check-in. Theresa's immediate response was...

Rocky Springs graciously accepted us as a late night guests. The Emma Belle room was very comfortably appointed. Our favorite feature was touring and exploring the grounds - beautifully kept history at this place! And we can't forget the breakfast, absolutely delicious - baked oatmeal creme brulee with bananas, thick cut bacon and fresh fruit. A wonderful and relaxing weekend...

We stayed in the cottage, which was beautiful, comfortable and private with nice views of the property. The delicious breakfast was delivered to our door by the innkeeper, Theresa, who was so kind and accommodating. We look forward to going back.
