My husband and I recently stayed at this B&B, we found it on the Authentic B&B list of Lancaster, and could not have been happier with our stay. It is located on Rte 30, a busy highway. We stayed in the Garden room, which does face the street, so if a light sleeper you may not want this room. We...

Thanks for your kind words. We try to be attentive to our guests. (Just one note - we are not on Route 30-1 mile off of it, but yes, Strasburg Pike can be busy at times. Then again, others tell us that it is so quiet here!! I guess it depends on what you are used to.) Thanks for visiting.

My wife and I recently visited Lancaster, Pa. to attend the AMT for their Masters of Illusion show. Great show in a wonderful theater. : ). When visiting Lancaster we often stay at B&B's and on this trip we elected Flowers and Thyme based on reviews from our trusty Trip Advisor site. Good choice.....almost. This is a wonderful, well cared...

I am sorry that your visit with us was not the ideal getaway that you had anticipated. I remember - I had fully intended to introduce you to Beth, but there was so much other conversation going on when she came out to serve breakfast. It certainly was not intended. We will try harder to be sensitive to how others...

This is a great place to stay in the middle of Amish farmland AND retail sites - you can have it all. Not just the location is wonderful, the B&B is, too - cozy, quiet, clean, nice little extras (cookies, hot and cold beverages, snacks 24/7). Only 3 rooms which is a draw for us. We loved our Garden Room,...

We arrived exhausted after 12 hrs. of driving, and immediately felt the peace of God surrounding us at this B & B. Don and Ruth could not have been more solicitous and gracious. The bedroom was small but lovely and all the perks, like special soap and makeup remover cloths and the terry robes in the closet added to the...

This was far better than expected. My sister and I took the smallest room which was fine for our needs. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The highlight though is the kindness and hospitality of Ruth, Dan, and Beth. Warmer people don't exist as they welcome you to their beautiful family home. Breakfast was a daily adventure of delicious food, beautifully...

My boyfriend and I went up to Lancaster for a our first time to celebrate our 7 year Anniversary. I found Flowers & Thyme B&B by just doing research online. We were very pleased with our stay with such a warm welcome! The owners even threw in a complimentary bottle of Sparkling Cider with a cute note wishing us a...

This place is wonderful, the rooms were super clean and also decorated so nicely. The breakfast was also amazing, so much so that we asked for two of their recipes. The flowers outside add an beautiful peacefulness.

We chose this wonderful B&B for the location and price, and we were pleasantly surprised with how lovely the b&b was. Only 3 rooms, a great breakfast and lovely hosts. Our room was very comfortable with the gas fireplace adding ambiance and heat! Chocolate candies, chips, cookies and coffee generously offered all times plus tons of information about the surrounding...

Don, Ruth and Beth were most helpful and full of suggestions of things to see and do during our visit. Breakfast was delicious, the room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was a lot to do within a 15 minute drive. Ruth recommended the Greenfield Inn for dinner and it was amazing. Don recommended The Brasserie pub and that was...

We were glad to have hosted you. Sorry for the wrong info you received - apparently you were on another website other than ours which clearly shows all 3 rooms available. (That happens when other sites pick up only info they want to present.) Hope you are enjoying grad school and if in the area again, stop by again.
