Located just off the (Melbourne-Sydney) expressway, this motel is a good stopover without going out of your way. It is a lower priced motel, but is also a bit dated and in need of renovation. However, for one night the convenience wins it and there is a nice garden to relax in out the front while the sun sets.

Clean comfortable room, however one of the noisiest I have ever stayed in. Gets back to other guests having no regard for others , but doesn't help when only an open wire mesh louvre window in small bathroom lets any noise from outside. Unfortunately for us this meant person next door starting his diesel vehicle up at 5.00am and letting it run for 15 mins. No way to block the noise, even shutting the bathroom door had no effect. Loud voices in the evening also drifted straight into the room. We didnt have much choice for a room, so advice would be to ask for a newer room if you are planning on staying here. Another small issue was 1 small sample soap hardly enough for 2 adults.

Conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Yass town centre, with great walking paths available, especially around and along the Yass river and its riverside park.
The room was quiet, and owners helpful and welcoming.
A good venue if passing through, or for a longer stay in the area.

After breaking down on the way to Gundahgai & finding myself staying in Yass for a few days awaiting repairs. I was lucky enought to find the Hamilton Hume motor inn. Staff were accomadating,friendly & have gone out of thier way to help me with my stay here. Room was clean,neat& tidy. Breakfast was fantastic & a great start to a day at the time I requested.The extras that come with the room like free WiFi & pay tv was an awesome bonus. Thank you to Brett & his family for a wonderful experiance. Cheers

We stayed one night, two rooms. The rooms had been recently renovated, painted and were fresh and sparkling clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. However, we found the room was very small with no real space to place bags for access. The bathroom was tiny. Furnishings and fittings were functional but seemed cheap. Given the description and price for the night we had expected the rooms to be more spacious and better fitted - eg only creaky cheap dining chairs to sit on apart from bed..

Great experience for an overnight stay. Would absolutely stay again if in the area. Staff at check in were extremely courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Room was small but very well set up, spotlessly clean and toasty warm. Bed was so comfortable I overslept and was late checking out (which wasn't a problem). Location was good.

Stayed here as an overnight stay for work. Rooms were clean and bed was super snuggly comfortable. Hosts Brett and Jodie were fantastic, friendly and do a great Atlantic salmon. Dinners available in rooms which is great after travelling. Will definitely stay again

Needed a motel as I drove to Sydney from rural NSW. Needed something quiet, clean, safe, comfortable and that offered value for money. This ticks all the boxes. It also has free wifi. Breakfast was delicious. This motel has pleasing grounds and friendly staff.

A great place to stay if you want affordable, clean & comfortable accommodation. The owners were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well situated with a short work or drive to the shops/restaurants. Highly Recommended.

We needed a bed for the night and all of Yass was booked out! Brett, the host, had a spare room for us. Also helped with a spot to safely park our camper trailer. Very clean and tidy motel. Bed super comfortable with crisp white linen. Great place to stay and a lovely walk into town with the river walks too.

You can order breakfast, yes :) they have continental or cooked breakfast. They don't have a restaurant so it's delivered to your room at your choice of time and the the cost is added to your room bill. Hope this helps.
