We had a truck driver coming back down south from Brisbane who had been through severe storms and bad weather all day, rang late in the afternoon for a bed and they offered the best customer service. Went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable for the night and got a good meal. Really appreciate your help...

Our arrival, on a very hot afternoon was met with a luke warm reception (when the woman actually arrived). The room itself was clean, but overpriced for what was offered. One teaspoon, 3 cups, 3 glasses. Usually there is at least a container of water in the fridge. You could not watch the TV, nor listen to the radio as...

Being a motorcyclist this place has everything you need after a long hot day of riding. It's just down the road from the Tavern and a nice work to town for a dinner at the RSL. We have stayed here many times now and are never disappointed. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy and the pool refreshing,...

This is a family run motel, Rob, Jenny and Laura (she just had a new baby three weeks ago) it is so nice and quiet, 10 mins from Port (why go there?) the restaurant is well appointed and I can recommend the Belly Pork! The rooms are spacious, there is also a pool and tennis court. Everything you could wish...

We had a party to go to and decided to stay at this Motel, very comfortable with a restaurant that provided excellent food. We stayed for two nights so that we could catch up with our friends the day after the party, it was quiet, clean and comfortable and the owners were very hospitable, we would stay there again if...

We had planned to find some accommodation in Port Macquarie that night but it was getting late so we decided to stop at this motel. No regrets whatsoever. We ended up with the room right opposite the entrance and restaurant/ reception. We were a bit worried about the noise, being so close to the entry/exit but in fact it was...

We had stayed in Port Macquire the previous night and wanted to visit Timbertown the following day We went for a trail run to see how far it was and found the Timbertown motel. Only room available was the previous reception office that had been converted into accommodation The owner seemed a bit embarrassed to show it to us but...

We had a very good experience with this hotel. We were driving down from the Gold Coast and this was a stop over on our way home to Sydney. We were running late, so after ringing the hostel and advising that we won't arrive until 10pm, we were told that this wouldn't be a problem as they have after hours...

The room was lovely, big and clean. Location is on a main road but rooms were very quiet which made for a pleasent stay. Personally i'm not a fan of showers over baths but that would be the only downside.
