Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is in a great location, large spacious room, everything is within walking distance, great view of the beach from balcony. Good facilities throughout the twin towns complex, several pools, mini golf, arcade, walk to restaurants from within the complex.

Only stayed the one night but had to book a min two which was a pain. Stayed in a Studio room which was perfect for the two of us but unfortunately it wasn't the cleanest. Toast crumbs in the toaster and all over the top of the microwave where it sat. Hairpins on the floor and a few of them scattered around room. Hairs in the shower. But overall a good place in an excellent location. Perfect if you are attending an event/show at Twin Towns RSL.

Totally disinterested disdainful staff. They acted like it was an inconvenience to have guests. Very tired old rooms. Even though I had a Studio room, it was much smaller than the same class room at other establishments where I have stayed. I would never stay here again. Very bad value for the price and there is much better accommodation available in the area.

Very expensive and bed was extremely hard. Lounge was better to sleep on. Long walk from room to exit hotel to street. Doors to the balcony too hard to open. Only a top abbey on the bed no blankets or doona. No information booklet with nearby restaurants

Accessible rooms have dual access doors and I couldn’t get in the room with my mobility scooter Paid $80 upgrade and bathroom didn’t have grab rails. Location is great. Lots of restaurants, movies and shopping close by. The pancake diner is a must do.

Pro's: Great location, didn't need to use the car all week as everything is in walking distance. Rooms were spacious and included everything we needed. Although an extra washing up , laundry detergent and bin bags wouldn't have gone astray. indoor and outdoor Pool was well tempered and clean Breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying Checkin and checkout swift and without issue Con's Spa near the main pool by the end of the week looks quite uninviting, green and cloudy. BBQ near the mini golf course was out of order for our entire stay. Indoor pool was out of order for 2 days of ours stay citing contamination Sauna was unavailable for 5 days of our stay. Were a bit strict on the pool towel policy but from what I heard it because a lot went missing.

Three nights here over a long weekend. This is an older large resort. The rooms are a bit dated but fine. Negatives were the usual hassle when checking in if you aren’t travelling with a physical credit card. Please hotels, join the 21st century. We travel on our phones only now. Adapt! Secondly, a ‘Queen Room’ is just two singles pushed together. So not a Queen bed; and the lack of any room servicing on a public holiday is ordinary - pay your staff penalty rates and don’t inconvenience your guests! The positives are excellent aircon and shower, and good location one street back from the beach and shops/restaurants. Good location.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, however the experience has gone down significantly. I am accor platinum member, the hotel doesn’t offer loyalty inclusions. Sebel in the same tower is cheaper, yet has breakfast included. Mantra has higher rate, yet doesn’t offer breakfast even to platinum members. The room stayed in, aircon was making beeping sound every 10min. Staff came to check, looked at it straight away knew problem which can’t be fixed and offered portable fans instead!! Clearly an ongoing problem. They offered room move, which I accepted only to find cockroaches running around the bed in the other room!! Finally 3rd room and an apology. Not a great experience. I would probably stay elsewhere next time.
