After 10 years my sons powered site is allegedly under development in 21/22 office offered NO further information re 2022.booking. My wife and i have had a cabin for 8 years , when i requested advice on my son re location prior to booking 22 i was told because i had consistently (1) asked for details re my Son's site, neither Families would be welcome back. Arrogant and NOT customer friendly at all. The maintenance is poor, all the tap washers in the cabin G3 leaked and i would say they still do. In short great location, bad customer service and poor maintenance.

I dont normally write reviews but after leaving a message via phone, emailing, and no reply. Was wondering why issues in our overnight stay in the spa cabin, have not been and were not adressed at all, No hot water after 7pm,so no spar either!,no hot water in the morning even worce!!,id phoned there number in the evening(after hrs) before and left a message,There was no milk for coffee or tea at all. The saturday night was freezing and alas the reverce cycle aircon/heater wouldnt power up or swich on and it was needed!.The power points in the bedroom didnt work either,so couldnt charge phones in the bedroom, So the $184 per night price tag was genorous for a less than up to standard cabin really that we paid full price for!

Had another week at Tuross. Weather was poor, but we enjoyed our stay anyway until the "Fishing Comp" guys arrived on mass on our second last day with about 30 tinnies tearing around and blocking our any chance of fishing from the shoreline. A few guys actually invaded our Villa by mistake but they were apologetic. The owners are nice people and probably were unaware of our dilemma so we left a day early missing a birthday celebration planned. We had hired a boat but unfortunately it was too heavy for my back so we tried fishing from the shoreline. Doubt we will be back. Could be a nice place without fishing competitions.

The name definitely says it all. You could park your boat out the front. Two bedrooms with a queen in one room and 3 singles in the other room. Two twin sofa couches and a 40 inch tv. All the utensils you need to make dinner everynight. The park is clean and the pool looks fantastic.

This was our second stay here, after staying in February 2018. After this last visit we booked again to stay again the following year. We stay in a spa cabin. The cabins are very spacious with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom, kitchen/dining area, a sitting area and a large verandah. The cabins have always been clean and very well maintained. Being located right on the water is perfect for the kids to play, have a picnic outside, fish and sit to watch the beautiful sunset. The park itself is very well maintained and set out very well. The pool is large and very clean with a small splash pool next to it for younger children to be able to enjoy the water as well. So much here to keep the kids entertained with the pool, games room, kids playground and lake. Staff are extremely friendly. Very welcoming and always willing to offer their services. Restaurants and shops close by. Not far from Moruya and Mogo which also offer plenty of things to do. The club nearby has great food and has a courtesy bus which will pick you up from the park and drop you back. Can’t wait for our next upcoming holiday here and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!!
