Langford House (circa 1916) is a beautiful period home now offering fine country-style bed & breakfast accommodation. Langford House boasts three spacious, beautifully appointed guest rooms with en-suites; an elegantly furnished guest lounge with open fire; delightful garden settings and outdoor lounge area; salt water pool and heated spa. All set close to the mighty Murray River in Tocumwal - the center of the Murray Region Sports Tourist area. A magnificent 36 hole championship golf course is just one of the many sporting attractions available to guests and worth that extra long stay! A self serve continental breakfast is included in the tarriff with cooked options available for an additional cost. The option of other home cooked meals may be available on request. Our cuisine is proving very popular with our guests. Exclusively different, Langford House offers a relaxed, friendly, comfortable atmosphere - a true 'home away from home'.

Quiet, charming B&B with beautiful decor and unobtrusive hosts. Highly recommend staying here. Reasonably priced too. Garden setting was beautiful to look at. Interestingly, the slate shingles on the roof go at an odd angle, which is irrelevant, but trip advisor wants 200 characters

What a wonderful accomodation. Credits to the hosts John and Zoe for the wonderful service and hospitality. The rooms are stunningly beautiful, clean and the beds are amazing. The pool is great and the b&b is walking distance from everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

After a long drive from Queensland I came across this gem by chance. I could have stayed a week!! Will definitely return with my wife as the town and area are so pretty. The room was brilliant and so well decorated and the hosts were so welcoming. They arranged a beautiful dinner at The Terminus Hotel (just 150 meters away) - the other guests were very friendly- all in all a 10 out 10 experience and wonderful value!!

We only spent one night here but it was lovely. Our room and bathroom were both spacious and well decorated. Lovely guest lounge, swimming pool, friendly dogs and nice hosts. Located in a quiet area really close to the river.
