Rooms were modern and had everything we needed. Plenty of things to keep the kids entertained. Staff were pleasant. Lovely location. Our visit was an overnight stay on our way south but we might have to take a longer family holiday here!

We stayed in this motel for a week, the room was very basic, if you want take out take paper plates and cutlery as there are none provided for you in the rooms. The motel itself is about a ten/fifteen minute walk from the town itself! There's plenty to do from pelican feeding to restaurants and gelato bars. If your...

Hi! Thanks for your review. We have a welcome folio in each room that provides information about the property. In that folder we show guests where the shared guest kitchen is where you wash up as you go along and each guest has the opportunity to utilise plates, cutlery, microwave, extra toaster, oven top and pots and pans. Great place to stay, pool and the slide was the hit with the kids as it looked like a real rock waterfall to them. Would come back to this place for sure... friendly staff also here which made the stay better..

Good money has been spent on room interiors. Kitchenette, bathroom, carpets, lighting. Nice work. Lots more to do on doors, balconies, exteriors to freshen up the property as a whole. May justify higher prices in a couple of years when fully renovated. Cooked breakfast should be more generous for $15. The cafes at The Entrance have fantastic big breakfasts for...

Thank you for noticing our continued renovations, as an ongoing slow process so as to pass the savings on to you! We are still extremely competitive with our pricing in the area as you will see on trivago etc we offer great prices still. To be honest I have never heard any guest ever say our breakfast servings arn't generous! We stayed in October 2016 for three nights and as we were wanting something on a budget we were not expecting a lot. The family room was great. Full fridge, modern bathroom, comfy beds (except one which the manager tried to fix), balcony furniture dated but adequate. Room clean and big. Free wifi however staying in the back rooms the...

After booking this Motel I was expecting more after reading other reviews on other sites. The interior may have been partially renovated but it doesn't make up for tiny bathrooms, No electric blankets since it's winter, very old air conditioning units, chairs on the balcony are unstable. Overall after $110 I expect a little more.

Sapphire has recently completed renovations in 90% of the rooms, and is working on completing the rest of renovations and upgrades in due course, as a small business Sapphire aims to put back money into the business as it go along. So there is no set date for "completion" merely ongoing improvements. We really value your feedback as we are aiming...

We've been staying at the Sapphire Palms for years. They serve as a good rest stop for those traveling through the Central Coast, and they're enough for a few nights. They're in a good location, close to The Entrance CBD and they're easy to find. Although on the junction of a busy road, the rooms are reasonably quiet. Our most...

Our spa in colder months takes around 2 hours to get to a perfect temperature because the surface temperature the water begins at is colder, and we encourage guests to give us notice rather than you experience it cold, especially if it is a colder day.In warmer months it takes around an hour.Perhaps there was a language barrier im considering...

Stayed at this motel for two days during the long weekend. A very comfortable, neat and tidy place. It's also close to the entrance beach and Tuggerah lake.
