The room was clean and well maintained. We liked the two chairs and small table - an added bonus that some places forget to include. The staff were very personable and very helpful. Breakfast was a simple continental offering that was fresh and satisfying.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean, fresh and quiet considering close proximity to highway. Decor was also fresh and modern. Continental breakfast was served in the old house and was more than adequate. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 2:10pm to a locked reception, rang the phone to a answer machine. After some time a person meet us as he walked past and quite rudely asked if we wanted to book in and that they were not open until 3pm. I stay in lots of motels and have never struck a locked office without a nightbell or...

Refreshing stay in my motel room ( built in the 1960's) that is attached to Airlie House. My room was freshly painted, with very comfortable bedding. The bathroom was spotless, hot water fast and plenty of it. I enjoyed visiting the grand house each morning for my complimentary breakfast, simple but satisfying Continental fare. Beautiful roses everywhere I looked in...

Great place for a short stay or stop over. Motel situated close to the local shops, easy access parking. Continental breakfast was lovely. The room was beautiful, modern furnishings with very comfortable pillows on the bed. The toiletries provided smell amazing, aromatherapy flavoured - ours smelled strongly of lemongrass. The room is limited to tea and coffee making facilities, a...

We booked this motel on the go as we needed somewhere to crash for the night, however did not realise that the beautiful big old house was NOT the motel. The motel is located adjacent to and is very plain and unremarkable. You get a budget priced motel room which was clean and adequate. On arrival in the late afternoon...

ON our recent Brisbane to Sydney trip, we required an overnight pit-stop in this area and came across this motel by chance. The owner was pleasant and gave good local advice. The room was more than adequate with everything working and a comfortable bed. The motel is walking distance to the main street shops/hotels and although on the main highway,...

Stayed here in Feb and found it worthy of a return whilst on transit Sydney to Brisbane this time. Had no complaints last time and certainly none this time. The young lady who checked us in was most pleasant, the room we had was better than average, very roomy, clean and comfy. My wife and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast...

Stopped overnight at Airlie House on way to Queensland. On arrival there was no one in Reception and we waited and waited, then realised we had to use the phone/intercom to let the owner know we had arrived. Check in was quick (once he arrived) and let us know where the restaurants and clubs were for dinner. The room was...
