A very well run operation! Food is exceptional and this place has a very good vibe. Jacquie and her team are friendly and very good at their jobs. Highly recommended for family ski trips......nothing better than skiing all day and returning to the Matterhorn for drinks and dinner.

I highly recommend Matterhorn Lodge and rate it as the best accommodation in Perisher, especially for families. The management is excellent. Tim was really helpful when we needed it. Sad to finish our trip but looking forward to coming back!

Our rooms were generously sized & clean with views of the mountain & ski in, ski out access to the lifts. Tim was super helpful with our group booking & always responded promptly to any requests & we will definitely return again in the future. Jacqui & Mark were also great hosts & the breakfasts & dinners were perfect . The large games area & wood fire was perfect for our large group to relax together after a day skiing.

A Wonderful week at the Matterhorn Lodge. Our room was large with magnificent views of the main mountain ski runs. We really enjoyed the Apres Ski lounge with beautiful log fire and lounges. We could ski to the lifts (about 1 minute) and back in the afternoons. Jacqui and Mark and their team were wonderful, great hosts, nothing is a problem. Tim at Bookings is incredibly helpful and promptly answers any questions you have pre-arrival. We were a large group and will be back! Highly recommend a stay at the Matterhorn.

We travelled with two other families and had a most amazing time at the Matterhorn. The full breakfast buffet each morning and three course dinner every evening was delicious and hearty. It’s so lovely not having to prepare meals for the family and just enjoy being on the snow. The rooms were very generous, en-suite was very small but absolutely adequate as we weren’t there to spend quality time in the room. The beds and pillows were not the best however after a full day on the slopes, we were absolutely knackered so it really didn’t matter. Due to the depth of snow, we literally strapped onto the skies and skies out way to Perisher Resort. The pain was walking back up to the Matterhorn after each day however that Apres ski that awaited us was all the more sweeter. There’s a coin operated laundry onsite which is handy and also a dryer for the skies to be held overnight. I would highly recommend this accommodation for families.
