I stayed here for two nights and was very happy with the service and the accommodation.
The location is excellent, and it is easy to walk to shops, restaurants, etc.
The beds are comfortable and rooms are very quiet, without hearing people in the next rooms.
The hotel is eco conscious with many features to support this, such as automatic lights in hallways and green bins.
The kitchenette is perfect for a short stay if you want to cook your own food, there is an oven, cooktop and microwave.
There is a well equipped gym which is as good as many 5 star hotels.
There is a main tv and one in the bedroom which are brand new and have all streaming options.
Overall, I would recommend this property to families, couples, solo or business travellers. As a woman I felt very safe here and glad for the Quest in Nowra

Fabulous. First class room, full kitchen and full sized refrigerator freezer (thank you, so rare to find this), modern well equipped and well laid out unit with large roomy lounge, big TV, seperate very comfortable bed, great balcony overlooking the town, and seperate toilet/bathroom/laundry. Also a short walk to cafes and shopping centre. Make sure you book parking onsite, spots are limited and there is a cost which we thought this was a bit rich for an apartment hotel in country town.

Great rooms. We checked in on Sunday night at 9.45pm. Upon enquiring about a car park I was informed it was a $20 charge so we left our car in the street. I did look at the car park and it was about 1/3 full. I appreciate during conferences etc the parking can get full but on this occasion it would have been nice to have been offered it. Maybe if the conversation went like “it’s normally $20 but tonight we will let you park inside as it isn’t busy”. The staff member showed no willing to please whatsoever. Parking our car inside would have had zero impact on anyone. Sometimes it’s just the little things that make a difference.

Quest team at Nowra are fantastic to work with. Manoj and his team kindly coordinated a large scale booking on our behalf with guests arriving from interstate and abroad to celebrate our nearby wedding across a busy December weekend. The team worked tirelessly to have all guest rooms available for immediate check in, made available the conference facilities so we could host meals with our catering provider and presented all rooms in a clean and tidy way. Stayed here for two nights in late August in a two bedroom apartment on the third floor.
Apartment had an unusual though very functional layout. Once you entered the front door you could either walk straight ahead into the main bathroom/laundry or turn left through quite a long galley kitchen which opened out into a large combined dining/lounge room. The two bedrooms had full floor to ceiling internal glass windows with curtains that opened onto the dining/lounge room. This was obviously a design feature to let in natural light however it may impact privacy if there were two couples staying there. There was an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom.
The apartment was comfortably furnished. The combined dining/lounge room had a dining table with six chairs, a three seater lounge plus two other chairs, a desk with lamp and chair as well as a large TV on a cabinet that also had a sound system in it. There was also a large wall mounted mirror.
The two bedrooms were of a similar size and similarly furnished. There was a queen sized bed (comfortable - although you could have had two singles in the second bedroom), bedside tables with a lamp on either side of the bed, a large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers as well as, in the main bedroom a large wall mounted TV and a safe. Extra pillows were provided in the wardrobes.
The ensuite was a good size with a walk in shower (pressure was fine) and a reasonably sized vanity for toiletries.
The main bathroom was large and had a bath with a shower in it as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
The kitchen was particularly well equipped with a full sized fridge with freezer, large sink, oven, hotplate, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a good selection of pots and pans with sufficient crockery, glasses and cutlery.
There was an outside deck with a plastic table and four chairs and a pretty ordinary view over the opposite side of Kinghorne Street - minimal downside.
Air conditioning and WIFI worked very well.
We booked directly with Quest and were offered secured parking under the building at no extra cost. There was a lift from the car park to reception and the other floors.
Location is reasonably good on the corner of Kinghorne Streets (main pedestrian entrance) and Plunkett Streets (car park entrance). There are a number of cafes, restaurants and shops about a 250 to 350 metre easy walk up Kinghorne Street to the centre of town.
I dealt with Elisa over the phone and in the lead up to our arrival. Elisa was also on duty when we checked in and checked out. Elisa was excellent. Very pleasant and super efficient.
Would absolutely stay here again when next in Nowra.

Wasn’t too sure to expect but was very surprised and happy with our stay. The accomodation location was great - walking distance to local shops and short drive to the beach and other activities. Ice creams in the freezer was a bonus - fabulous addition and something different. Only point to address was maybe a reminder to cleaning staff to move furniture to clean. There was rubbish and a children’s toy behind the TV unit in our room which we discovered when plugging in an item to the power point.

I highly recommend Quest Apartments it was a great place to stay. Parking at the premises is limited and must be booked in advance. I would stay here again, the staff were great and rooms were well set out with comfortable beds.

We were looking for a family and wheelchair friendly place to stay in Nowra for a family wedding. The quest provided safe and appropriate amenities in the two bedroom wheelchair accessible apartment, this included the added bonus of a balcony with a recessed sliding door track which was completely flat and able to be accessed by wheelchair. The accessible bathroom was appropriate and included a wall mounted shower bench. Furniture was spaced appropriately to allow free movement with the wheelchair, both manual and larger electric. The extra (less accessible) ensuite was also a bonus. We were too busy on this trip to use the many of the features in the kitchen, but the addition of a full sized fridge and washing machine would be excellent for a longer stay. The Mcdonald's and service station next door are very convenient when you are in a hurry and the hotel is located conveniently in relation to shops and restaurants. The ice creams in the freezer were an awesome bonus which the kids loved.

The Quest was a great place to stay, the room was very clean. Our room had a kitchen with a stove, full size fridge, we also made use of the washing machine and dryer which was also in our room. The view was peaceful looking out to the lake. The Quest is also close to the shopping centre

The front desk staff are very rude and unfriendly. Not a good thing for a business. I would NEVER stay there again because for this. AND when we booked we where NOT told about pre booking parking or that there was a $100 bond. We booked our rooms by phone direct to the Quest no mention was made of the above.. The rooms are clean and the Quest is in a good location for the wedding we where attending. There where approx 8 other rooms booked for the wedding. Everyone complained about the front desk staff when we all got together for the wedding. I selected an AVERAGE rating for this because of the very RUDE front desk. The cleaning staff told my sister where she could park her car in a safe location on the street. NO help from the front desk.
