We visited on the Australian Day long weekend and stayed for 2 nights.
We're a party of five (2 adults 2 kids & a senior) and stayed in one room/suite. There's a bedroom (a double bed for 2, desk, small wardrobe, TV). There're 2 single beds, a sofa bed, small dining table and kitchen area so didn't have much room. Things were tidy and clean (basic).
We liked the buffet breakfast. There were hot food (scrabble eggs, bacon, sausages, baked tomatoes, mushroom with spinach), cereal, bread, milk, juice. We got a few drinks cards that can be used to get coffees or drinks (from the pub nextdoor). Very hardworking staff cleaning out used dishes from tables.
The pool was quite deep (around 1.5m all the way). The tennis court a bit worn out. There's also an indoor squash court. We borrowed tennis rackets and basketball to play.
Overall acceptable.

This motel is located on the edge of the HWY which runs through the town of NOWA (good size town). If you're unlucky, your room will be exposed to incessant noise generated by trucks and a few V8s. A real F1 start at every green light...
The room is large and clean. Regulating the hot water in the shower is quite complicated because you go from lukewarm to hot in 1 mm of rotation.
Room Tip:Â Attention aux chambres qui donnent sur l'autoroute (HWY)

Good value for money. Easy to book on Nightcap at the Archer website. Close to the main Hwy but requested a quite room. Stayed in room 40 which is located around the back of the complex & was great. Older style complex but rooms have been renovated & are nice & clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Price includes a buffet breakfast. Good variety of foods available. Room comes with 2 complementary drinks which can be used a breakfast for cappuccino or at the Archer Hotel also on the same site as the accomodation. Meals are available at the Hotel but we didn’t eat there this time. There is a pool as well as Reno’s courts at the complex. Staff are very friendly & accomodating. Also on the hotel site is a Dan Murphy. The only down side which is totally out of the Hotels hands is the exiting out of the complex. There are traffic lights located on the access road to & out of the complex. You can only turn left. With the traffic from Dan Murphy’s it can take a bit of time to exit the complex. For the price, including breakfast I would recommend staying at this place.

I had a really pleasant few nights at Nightcap Nowra.
The hotel has this 'motel' vibe to it, but there is a semi-tired looking swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ pits available.
The room was large, clean, and pretty comfortable overall. The bathrooms looked nice and modern. No real issues with anything.
I really liked how there was a parking space basically outside each room, that was reserved just for you. It makes finding a parking convienient spot guarenteed, unlike other motels/hotels I've stayed at.
I found the 'service door' at the back of the room a little strange, where you had to put your Do not Disturb sign under the back door. But otherwise did not have any issues with that.
There was also two seperate WiFi connections available for guests, each with their own passwords, and both available to guests. However, you may only know of how to login to one or the other, depending on which welcome sheet or guest booklet you read first.
I also really like the included breakfast, which was very fair for the price paid. The breakfast also included some hot food such as bacon, baked beans, and sausages, which was very pleasant to see.
Downsides? The beds are way too soft, and the bar carpark area next to the hotel looks a little sketchy at night.
Overall I had a really great stay. And would come back on my next visit to the area.

Fabulous renovation- we previously stayed here 9 years ago and it was passable then. But now - wow - so much better! Rooms modern with bathroom & separate toilet ( great no smell) beds comfortable with a choice of pillows. Breakfast included in the price (cereals, hot foods. Everything was spotless & clean.

Recently I stayed 2 nights for a work related journey. Located behind Dan Murphys and Nightcap Hotel Family Bistro, is is a old style Motel. My room was located around the back, driving over massive pot holes in the driveway. The room was clean and comfortable, freshly painted and slightly modernised. Breakfast included, toast & cereal, or for an additional $5 bacon & eggs. Certainly this is a favourite for Tradies, and at 5-6am, there are several engines starting and doors slamming. Good budget choice, friendly staff and centrally located.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower and toilet were also spotless. They provide iron and ironing board, hair dryer and free coffee, tea in the room. Hotel is located not far from city and also close to Hanging Rock look out. Free breakfast was only bread and cereal but it was more than enough for me. Will stay here again.

Our go to hotel when in Nowra. Love the large spotlessly clean rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Good comfortable bed, plenty of parking, bonus of an included full breakfast. Always friendly staff , drink vouchers and a 10% Seniors Card discount are an added bonus. Walk across to the hotel for a good reasonably priced dinner.

Our stay here was enjoyable. Fast check in. Inclusive continental breakfast. The bed was the absolute highlight. So very comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern. Separate toilet. Dan Murphy right next door or the Archer hotel situated on the same patch of land. What I would suggest though is to let guests know what the deal is with ordering room service. There was no info other than how to order, but no menu so you could. Also, when we walked in the dining room in the morning for the inclusive breakfast, the staff did their best to ignore us, not even a smile or hello offered. No info as to what was on offer and how much to upgrade to a hot breakfast. I’d recommend Nightcap at Archer for a comfortable well situated place to stay.

Nice, relaxed place to stay for a few nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Our room slept 3 (1 king bed, 1 single) but there was no practical seating space or table to have a meal when ordering room service. Opted to go to the bistro instead. Simple pub feed which was quite nice but a long wait and our order was incorrect. We were told we would have to wait another 30minutes to correct the order so did not bother. Overall, our experience matched what we paid and we were pleased with our stay.
