We had the family cabin which had 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and bunk bed. Rooms were clean and beds were fine to sleep on. Linen was provided but had to put it on for the single and bunk beds (a very minor issue for us). Shower was good and powerful. Kitchen had utensils and pots and pans. Also had some washing up stuff. Owner was very friendly and gave some local advice on beaches which was helpful. Swimming pool was also fine with kids although unheated but wouldn't be really suitable for smaller kids as about 1m at the shallow end. Local to Woolworth and fast food outlets which were all walkable. All in all, a very good place to stay.

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom cabin for 3 nights on our way from VIC to QLD. We have a family of 4 which includes 2 adults, a 4yr old and a 1yr old.

PROS:
- Verandah was lovely to sit on in the evening.
- Size of the cabin was good, loved that there was 2 couches so everyone had space to sit.
- Kitchen ammenities were great, loved having an oven/microwave/stove etc. Storage was good too.
- Pool was nice and close by
- It was nice and quiet
- Loved that the doors were closable (not sliding) as it helps with our 1yr old who gets into everything.
- The ladder for the bunk was removable, also good for our 1yr old who likes to climb.
- Aircon worked well.
- Bathroom was huge.
- Hyams beach was nearby (30 mins), and we liked that.

CONS:
- Pool was freezing cold
- No atmosphere in the park
- Pool wasn't kid friendly and no other activies to entertain kids
- Laundry was expensive and dryer way too hot, it shrunk a lot of our clothes
- Not a great location, nothing to walk to and see
- Most of the park is for live in residents which felt weird. Only 10 cabins are rented out to guests.
- Cords for TV hang down, perfect for little ones to pull on and chew on.

Overall, wouldn't go back here as it wasn't great for our family.

We stayed here on a Saturday night the 2 bedroom cabin was clean , the entrance is not very well sign posted , the parks location is only 2 km from Nowra shops . I think $ 185 for three people for one night was expensive

Booked a single cabin for 3 adults and 2 children - received room 59

Pros: Location is excellent with KFC, Red Roosters, Harrys, Woolworths, McDonalds and petrol stations within walking distance. Nowra within 10 minutes, Jervis Bay & Kiama within 30, Kangaroo within 20. Cabins are spacious and had a kitchen with fridge, cooktop, microwave, plates and utensils. Swimming pool, BBQ and laundry available on-site and parking space available next to the cabin. Staff is friendly and available most hours by phone or in the reception. Beds were comfortable and a TV was available in the cabin.

Only drawback is that the cabin can be hot during summer days, but at least there is airconditioning which provides relief in the living room, but not necessarily the bedrooms. Good thing there is a pool to cool down in, which is also shaded!

Overall, I would highly recommend

Unbelievable rude management! I called up to sort out a payment issue and the service personell immediately spoke to me in rude and condescending tone of voice escalating what could have been a productive phone call. I did not start off in the conversation with this tone of voice. The manager continued to argue with me even when I tried to end the conversation and said I will not get into an argument with you . I will keep my booking as I have to and have already paid a deposit but would not recommend this place on service alone. I cannot speak of the accomodation.

We have just spent three nights at this park and found it to be wonderful. Everything is clean, tidy and neat. We have a 17ft caravan and the sites are very wide, so there is plenty of room for your awning and car with some left over. The amenities are spotless and for me this is so very important. It is situated very close to Nowra, an easy drive to Jervis Bay (a place not to be missed), Huskisson and Kangaroo Valley. All fabulous places.
For a stopover or stay, this park is thoroughly recommended. We had a lovely stay.

Located on the highway next door to a large petrol station, there are very few trees and zero tourist vibe at the Treehaven Tourist Park.
This is a residential park, not a holiday park; most of it is taken up with over 50s residential cabins.
Our cabin was tiny and they tried to charge us an extra $15/child per night on top of nearly $200/night we paid for our it online. On the plus side, it is located centrally for exploring the general area, but there would be far better options for a fun family holiday experience!

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting jervis bay - was the closest accom we could get! Tim was friendly and accommodating, didn't see in the cabins as we had a camper trailer but amenities block was spotless. Pool was nice and clean. Few choice characters around but overall would definitely go back there. Powered site $57 for two adults and a kid peak season - not too bad.

It was with trepidation that we went to Treehaven Tourist Park. We'd recently had a bad experience with a farm stay type park [ Lewana Cottages, Ballingup, WA]… But we had no need to worry. From the moment we entered the park we realised this was the place we'd been looking for. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The cabins were all in excellent condition.. I must admit our three were some of the new ones, but they were all very well serviced. The kitchen area had everything that you would need for a holiday. The host Tim was extremely friendly and helpful, telling us of places to fish and visit. The barbecue area was very clean and tidy, although well used. The pool, although not very big was adequate for our five grandchildren. We never used the laundry, so I can't comment on that, but it looked very clean. As the park was so well looked after it seems that the guests endeavoured to keep it so. My only disappointment was the children's play area. This could have been better, but really did not mar our opinion of the whole place. It is also very well placed for visiting some of the beautiful areas around. I'd happily book in there again. Treehaven has restored my faith in the tourist park industry.

Check using Booking com. My guess is about $150 per night for a double bedroom unit.
