This is a very good place for a short visit to Nowra. I was only staying one night and this suited me perfectly
The room was bright, airy, well lit with a lovely little balcony.
I liked the spacious room which was extremely clean and tidy.
It is in a perfect position. Just out of town with park.
Away from crowds and traffic but close enough to amenities
Its great value for money
Next time I'll try the restaurant on site.

booked in school holiday for 3 days. $135 each night for deluxe king room. Room is clean with one single bed and a king bed, which will fit couples with one young child. Room is pretty small and tired. Car park is just outside your door, doesn't look great but convenient for family outing. Reception is friendly. Bed is not very comfortable and air con blow on you all night even i have tried adjusting the fan direction. I have to turn it off eventually so not to catch a cold. After all, it is a practical stay if you wanna keep your cost low.

Very comfortable stay. Good value. Very clean. Oldish style motel but bathrooms renovated with fantastic shower. Very comfortable bed in our king room. Nice big TV. Friendly reception. Parking spaces quite small. No services on Sunday but we were given extra milk and towels in advance and we went out for breakfast so no problems.

Old and tired, broken lights, torn curtains, dirty exhaust fan in the bathroom. Broken sliding door to the bathroom. The carpet had not been steam cleaned in a long while. The room had an odor of mustiness. Overall very poor. Would not recommend this place.

I loved our stay here. Yes it was a little outdated in the bathroom but I would stay here again.
The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful.
I loved the courtyard and the spa was comfortable. The shower pressure was amazing and very warm. The bathroom supplies smelt amazing.

I choose this hotel as my mother and her friend were also staying there for the night as my sister had cross country the next day. The price on Wotif was for 130.00 for me and adult and my 2yr old daughter. My Mum and her friend where quoted on Wotif 140.00 for an adult and two children. They rang the office and they said they would match the price on what was on Wotif, i rang and was told for me it would be 150.00, i then stated my mother and her friend where paying less and they had more people, she then told me they where paying the 150.00 also. I stated that my mother wasn't told this. When we arrived the lady at the front office was rude, she was admit that the Wotif price was wrong, and it was 150.00 and she was right not us, She also stated that she can change the price of Wotif whenever and wherever due to how busy they are becoming, Not only is this false advertising its wrong for people who are on a budget to turn up and be told the accommodation has been bumped up simply because "they can".
I don't see how my mother and her friend should be paying the same amount as me, when i only had a queen bed and myself and a 2yr old, and they both had two children and a queen and a single bed. I think the hotel was a rip off, isn't customer friendly, the rooms where all different and lacked in towels per guest, clean utensils, unsafe doors. If i was to go on i would be here all day.

While we were looking for property on the SOuth Coast we used the Parkhaven as a base on more than a few weekends. Everytime we stayed we were warmly welcomed and the room (on the park) was large comfortable and had everything we required - especially coffee and REAL milk for the morning before breakfast. The in room breakfast was hearty and plentiful - eggs cooked to perfection. For the price we stayed there continually about 6 times while searching for properties over a 6 month period. We are fairly fussy - but realistic so we found this place very good value all round. Well done to the owners and managers. Also the bathroom was spotlessly clean.

Terrible place. The manager was extremely rude. I stayed here with my pregnant wife and toddler. They charged us the usual $5 per night cot fee then added $10 per night to USE the cot. Ridiculous!! On top of that we arranged a late checkout so my wife could feed our son (they gave us until 9am) and after she got back from dropping me at work only to find they had cleaned out room and thrown away all the baby food at 7:30am. When I complained the manager was really rude and only made excuses. No apology. A disgusting place. The rooms were awful too. Next time I will stay in Berry.

Large rooms. Rooms are kept very clean. Modern furnishings and a comfortable bed.
Would recommend if you need a place to overnight in Nowra. Good location and restaurant on-site seems like it has a wide variety of food, however, menu does look quite pricey.
Breakfast service to room good value and efficient.
