We stayed here with little kids and were disappointed. The apartments are tired, daggy and smell stale. They charge for everything from pool towels to wifi, which is very out dated I think. The restaurant feels sad and the breakfast buffet is like something at a school camp. There are lots of rules and although the staff are friendly, there...

Second time staying at the landmark after about ten years, last time we had an apartment but this time could only afford a studio. Was told they had been renovated but only the bedroom has been. The bathroom was nasty, I would have thought a renovated room meant bathroom as well, I showered with my thongs on yuck. Was also...

We booked this resort with bookings.com in August for a 2 bedroom apartment. As we were not given any room location and the resort photo showed rooms with water views. We assumed that all apartments were as such, however on check in we were given a room at the back overlooking car park and tennis court. The car parks could...

We stayed recently in a two bedroom apartment with self contained kitchen, lounge room and verandah with views over half the pool, tennis courts & bowling club and views across the beautiful Port Stephens and township. Large bathroom, comfy lounge (which my son chose to sleep on rather than share a room with his sister). Pool table and arcade games...

The resort rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and a nice view of the Bay from the balcony. we felt some aspects of our 1 bedroom unit were a bit tired looking but for a short stay it was fine....

The room was clean and spacious we had a spa bath which the kids loved. The beds were extremely comfy and exceeded our expectations me and my...

We stayed here one night on a NSW north coast road trip. From what I could tell, it's a BIG block of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments that are individually owned as investments and rented out as a hotel. The views are great however it is on a hill so walking to the main strip in town is a nice...

Stayed at Landmark for 3 days, it was great. The room was clean, the swimming pool is well maintained and the Landmark is situated up high within Nelson Bay close to shops , cafes Marina and beach. We enjoyed our stay at the Landmark.

Whilst this hotel is very convenient we found the facilities very dated. It's next to the RSL which is great for families. The hotel needs an upgrade. Kitchen is not great and the couches are not comfortable and feel old and grimy.
