Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Brilliant little park, well located between two amazing swimming spots, Little beach & Shoal Bay. Quiet at nighttime and beds were comfy. Great friendly service with useful recommendations on wha to do in the area. Cabin was clean and roomy for our family of 3. We will come back again!

Yes Park is all that others rant about BUT if you are unlucky (as we were - weekend Friday to Monday) be aware of possible noise from the lovely BBQ Camp kitchen area. Have to put up with noise till after 10pm at which time security will attend, there are no Park staff on duty after 5pm. Suggest you do not get new artificial grass sites as this area faces directly onto BBQ area. Our weekend experience - Each night a large group (40 to 50 people) of fellow campers spoiled our beautiful weather weekend, could not sit outside of van at night due to noise from large group congregated in & around BBQ area. After first night the group assured Park staff they would be quiet & respect other campers BUT no out came the drum kit & guitar followed by happy campers singing. But you say ring security, we did BUT they will only attend if noise passes 10pm. Office closes at 5pm so party goes have free range until 10pm. Suggest Park employ at weekends a staff member to at least 8pm to deter would be loud party goers. Good luck if you book here.

Friendly and eficient staf - clean and comfortable cabin, plenty of hot water - lots of kitchen utensils. -. Highly recommend this park. - We also fed the rainbow lorikeets with honey and water. Direct access to the beach through a coded locked gate for security.

Me and my husband pulled into this holiday park at tea time today, unfortunately we were late and we hadn't booked in, we had drove up from Sydney and had been stuck in traffic, the reception was closed but a lady was leaving and asked me what I needed, she insisted on us going back into the office even though everything was switched off and locked up, her and her friend went above and beyond and booked us in for a few nights, nothing was too much trouble and on top of that it's a wonderful park, fantastic amenities and spotlessly clean. Thanks so much.

We had a fabulous time. This place was warm, friendly and inviting. Just please get rid of the hornets! We couldn’t enjoy meals on terrace because of them. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely go again! Loved the live music on Sunday. Nice touch

Very friendly staff, one of the cleanest and well maintained parks I have ever stayed at. Fairly new toilet and shower block which is amazing, clean, and plenty of them. Shower has a separating frosted glass door to where your clothes are, so everything stays dry!! Camp kitchen is large, clean and massive tv on the wall. Kids playground looks good. Access to lovely beach is easy to get to from park. Will definitely come again.

Terrific location and amenities. We did not know anytime check-in allowed. Two families turned up at 11pm the first night right next to our camp site and setup their entire tents and unpacked. Literally banging tent pegs in with a hammer and using their electric pump for matresses while being extremely loud e.t.c. We called the afterhours line and were told people can setup their tent anytime, day or night and we should allow them time and space to do so. Meanwhile we have 4 and 2 year old boys who were agitated the entire night after the 1.5 hours setup. On the second night, young blokes arrived back at about 1am and started doing beer bongs and literally screaming in the tent area. Overall fantastic location and amenities e.t.c Regrettably will never return due to the out of control noise which is frankly not controlled whatsoever.
