What a view from the top balcony and what a fabulous location. Just a short walk to everything. The rooms are generously sized and adequately furnished but they are still quite original and suffer from very obvious ad hoc upgrades and repairs. For example, you have the nice beds, good carpet and a fairly new vanity but with the 10+ year old standard definition LCD TV that does not receive half the TV stations and won’t play movie videos from your USB stick. You also have the old original lacquered timberwork everywhere that gives away the age of the property. It would be so cheap and simple to spruce the rooms up with a coat of paint in modern colours. The rotting kitchenette too would be so cheap and easy to replace. And they are still using COVID19 as an excuse to provide minimal room service. Anyway that's up to the owner/manager to sort out. Other than that it’s a clean, comfortable and cheap place to stay with a very helpful manager that loves giving tips to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If you are not fussy and don't have high expectations you should be satisfied here.

The is a great little budget hotel, BUT the rooms are great, very comfy and have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, and has an electric blanket if needed. The hotel is very centrally located just off the main street walking distance to restaurants etc. All the facilities you need - kettle bar fridge even a kitchen sink. It is basic but very clean and extremely well priced.

A very short walk from the coach station from Sydney/Nowra, my key was waiting at reception. The room had all the facilities I needed, the air conditioning was perfect, the bed was very comfortable, great TV, good mini fridge and shower and toilet and decent tea & coffee facilities with a kettle, even a kitchen sink, the outside balcony looking over the lagoon down the hill was lovely for relaxing with a drink. A relaxing option in a great location with no street noise.

This is the 4th year staying at this motel for the Narooma Oyster Festival weekend. In 2023 when they announced the dates of the 2024 festival we booked immediately through a third party site
A few months later our booking was cancelled by the third party site as the motel was going to be “closed”. Strangely enough my husband was able to go back in to the same third party site immediately and rebook our room for 3 x the price. Obviously trying to cash in on the oyster festival weekend.
There is no one onsite anymore - they have installed keypads on the doors and they text you your room code and PIN number.
Rooms are very old and dated but generally clean so ok if you just want a place to sleep.
We stayed for 2 nights and our room was not serviced during our stay.
Given the exorbitant prices they are charging for this run down motel there would be better options available for slightly more money.
After staying here 4 years in a row would probably not stay here again.

Originally booked a room for the oyster festival 12 months in advance – 2 nights @ $176 via Agoda. 5 months later my booking was surprisingly cancelled… the reason was that the motel had suddenly closed. Interestingly on the same day my booking was cancelled I was able to book the same room via Booking.com for $512!!! I was hoping to discuss this with the motel manager upon arrival however the motel is now completely unmanned.. The motel itself is clean though completely outdated.. For the price its outrageous!!! Ive since messaged the apparent owners Josh & Kelly around 10 times since our visit, which have all been completely ignored. PS, The property across the road is also operated by the same owners so beware!

Not sure whether it is the hotel or the third party booking system. I had booked and paid via this third party agent and received booking confirmation and even a hotel booking voucher. Upon arrival, you have to email the hotel property to get room allocation and access key. No staff contact. The email response was unhelpful, first they told me they don’t have the booking. Then in their second email, they say that the third party booking agent had cancelled my booking. I’m not sure whether it is this hotel or the third party agent. Something is off. I’ve never had any trouble before with this third party agent. So I’m putting it down to the hotel. I won’t be staying at this hotel. Decided to stay at a different hotel.

Noisy , dirty, basic and very rude staff Do not stay here Stayed for two nights, first night was very noisy due to pub out the back. Rooms are dated and in need of renovation. Staff rude as we miss read check out time and where sworn at, don't bother staying here.

Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. Our twin room was clean and comfy and the wall heater was so useful in keeping the whole place nice and warm. Location was also pretty good close to the wharf and shops are of walking distance. Overall great vaue and would definitely stay here again when heading South for a trip!

The staff made a great effort to ensure that I had a room. Their Budget Room was spacious and very well equipped. There was no air conditioning in the room, but that was of no importance. The staff were3 easy to get on with and informative. the motel is in the centre of Narooma and close to a hotel with a good restaurant. We even had a view of the bay from the verandah. Well worth the money.

A very clean and comfortable budget style motel. A very short walk to Lynch’s Pub for fun and interesting menu, a mix of Nepali and steak n chips. Very pleasant and obliging woman at check in. Walk to just about everything. Easy off street parking.
We booked a couple of days ahead and were surprised to find no vacancy on arrival, so book ahead.
Excellent value through their own website.
