My Wife treated me to a 2 night stay at Anchors Aweigh for my Birthday . We love coming here as Heather & Kerry are such wonderful Hosts . We had booked room 1 which has a Private Balcony as well as a King Bed and aSpa in the Bathroom . A really good size room with all the comforts needed for a short or a long stay . We opted for Breakfast the 1st Morning on our Veranda . The food was perfect and the service was faultless . The next morning we dined in the Dining room due to smoke from nearby Bushfire . Again Faultless . We have booked the same room for 2 nights in May for my Wife's Birthday .

Kerry and Heather were fantastic hosts who could not do enough to assist us. The rooms were clean and very cosy with our own private bathroom that had shampoo and soap available. Each room had a balcony with a view of the ocean. Tea and coffee and and a fridge were in the rooms and a lounge downstairs to share. With only a stones throw to the main street and all the amenities this quaint B & B was ideal. The stairs even catered for anyone with mobility issues or those in a wheelchair. Definitely will stay there again

We have just returned from a four night stay at Anchors Away at Narooma. What a wonderful find. The B&B is in a quiet central position & is both comfortable & cosy.
The rooms open onto a private verandah with views up the coast as far as Pigeon House mountain & all have en-suites. Cooked breakfasts are varied & tasty. The hosts have filled their home with an incredible collection of treasures from around the world which probably account for the no children policy. There are a huge number of natural wonders to explore in the area & some quaint National Trust listed villages. Well worth a visit. We were blessed with near perfect sunny Winter weather. Highly recommended.

Wonderful two night stay at this lovely guest house. Heather and Kerry are great hosts who really go the extra mile with lots of little touches that make all the difference. We stayed in Room 1 (there’s only 5 rooms) which was one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in, in Australia. The room was immaculate and spacious with a huge comfy bed. Lovely spa bath in the bathroom. Very large balcony with sea views and plenty of furniture. Fabulous full breakfast was included too which is cooked by Heather and personally served to your table by Kerry. Highly recommend this place.

My partner and I had a great stay here over 2 nights. We had a sea view room which looked out over the rooftops down to the coast. The room was impeccably clean - I’m talking 5 star hotel level - and comfortable with lots of space and a great shower. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast options include a full cooked breakfast, cereal, coffee, tea, juice etc. The B&B is also well located in town and a short drive to everywhere. Recommended!!

Heather and Kerry have created an absolute gem with their B and B. From the delicious breakfast every morning to the quality of the sheets you are set to have one of the best stays imaginable. The only fault was that my partner and I couldn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for providing such a lovely home feel at Anchors Aweigh. We will certainly be coming back!!

We're so glad we stayed for 2 nights. Everywhere you looked there was something to take in, from the displays of artwork, collectibles, dolls, toy cars, planes etc. There's even a working train track mounted near the ceiling in the dining room which comes on at 8.30am. It's like a museum. If you have an interest in car racing or planes there's plenty to see. Heather and Kerry have created a unique b&b, with wonderful cooked breakfasts. Our room #4 had a balcony overlooking the water. It had everything we needed and more including fridge, tea and coffee with biscuits, excellent shower and comfortable bed. The whole place was spotless and we'll be staying again.

The owners were so welcoming and the location is great. Tasty vegetarian options for breakfast include too, highly recommend. They also gave handy hints for great ideas for tourist activities and help with local destinations around town. The hotel is also very nicely decorated with a vintage charm.

These guys put my family and me up during the New Year fires on the NSW South Coast. Not only did they provide us super comfy beds for the night, at short notice, they also gave us a delicious brekky.

Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.
