We are a couple in our early fifties, travelling with a large dog. We booked a waterfront powered caravan site at this gem of a park and were absolutely smitten by the gorgeous location. Unparalleled views across the water, abundant birdlife, evening visits from dolphins right out in front of our site. Super friendly fellow campers and travellers added to a delightful experience... From the initial friendly welcome and escort to our site and the consistently courteous, genuine service throughout our stay, we were impressed by the park's professional team and applaud their maintenance of spotless (yet dated - charmingly so) amenities and modern laundry equipment . It's an easy flat walk to nearby cafes, a gorgeous boardwalk out to the V-wall and other local attractions. This is not the park for those seeking jumping pillows, waterslides or pathways for scooters or skateboards - this is a very beautiful location with a nostalgic laid back vibe for those who want to be close to the action but feel a million miles away from everything but blue waters and...ah...the serenity. Can't wait to return!…
We checked in late however we received a warm welcome Quiet site right on the water. Gorgeous lake and amazing views Amenities clean and looked after. Concrete slabs for caravans Will definitely return
Very tidy park. The manager that saw to us was very pleasant and accommodating. Our cabin we had was very clean and comfortable. The location of the park was close to town. A nice walk. Also a bike path that took you along a boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely be returning with our van to stay longer.
On our road trip up north of NSW we found this park for one night clean not bad for comfort, good shower has a cook top and microwave, fridge, small tv two bedrooms one with queen bed the other with double bed under a bunk . Excellent value for three of us $142 , close to the RSL for food was nice a wait but the bus picks you up when ring on a Saturday . If you are here during the week it has set times. If up this way again we would stay here we where in cabin 19 .
2 Gypsys travelling Australia, stayed at Nambucca Foreshore caravan park for 10 nights. Great spot on a powered site with a view out to the Nambucca River then out to the Ocean. Very friendly staff, The Manager was most helpful, coming to our site to make sure we were happy and if we required any assistance.Very peaceful and relaxing. Clean and tidy not a large park, however busy with caravans coming and going. Cabins avaliable too. Woolworths close by as is a IGA. RSL recommened as a good choice for a meal. Thank you a great spot.
