The Waterfront at Mollymook is a gem amongst a glittering array of highlights on this part of the NSW coast. Close to the iconic Mollymook Beach, ideal for the experienced surfer, those who want to throw a line in or just stroll on the sand. The apartments are fully self contained with a very generous breakfast hamper and refreshments on arrival. Looking forward to our next visit.

Mollymook Beach Waterfront has everything that you need in a self-catering holiday plus more. We had poor weather during our stay however I can't think of a better place to stay and ride out the stormy weather. The view is perfect and the well-stocked kitchen was greatly appreciated during those wet days. Thankyou Jan and Ken! The unit was very quiet and private and the bed was super comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and all kitchen amenities were of a high standard. We loved the little barbeque on the patio and are wondering now why we recently bought an expensive barbeque as the little electric barbeque at Waterfront was so easy to use and to clean. The large library of DVDs were an added bonus when the weather closed in. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beach from where you can walk directly into Mollymook. We did need to use the car when we went out to dinner, however we realised this before we arrived so we were prepared. It is only about 5 minutes to drive into Ulladulla where there is a great variety of cafes and restaurants. Ken and Jan were the perfect hosts and we cannot fault their little business which they take great pride in.

Recently my wife and I had the great pleasure of staying at the Mollymook Beach Waterfront. The location is superb and the hospitallity was second to none. Ken and June are the perfect hosts and make every effort to ensure the comfort of their guests.The breakfast hamper and sparkling wine was more than generous for our two night stay. All the lovely touches throughout the appartment such as bath robes, toiletries, good size extra TV in the bedroom add to the comfort. The ocean views from the private patio are absolutely breathtaking and the perfect spot for "happy hour". The appartment is only a short walk to the local golf club and Mollymook Beach. This is our second stay at Mollymook Beach Waterfront and we've booked again for next year! Having travelled the east coast of NSW we've never stayed in better accommodation. The apartment is private, quiet, spotless and has everything you need, including a generous basket of gourmet treats, wine and essential items. The views are stunning and on both stays we've sighted whales and dolphins from our accommodation. The area provides an array of dining options which we love. Ken and June are excellent hosts who are friendly, approachable and highly respectful of privacy. It's a very, very special place.

We have been enjoying the many benefits of Mollymook Beach Waterfront for many years now. As such, I feel I am in a position to competently comment on the consistency of both the property and service provided as both are second to none.
There are 2 fully self-contained apartments, each with their own entrance. Your hosts, Ken & June who live on site, can be called upon should you need any assistance during your stay. They are an invaluable resource for anything from outdoor activities to restaurant recommendations and where to find excellent retail therapy. Conversely, you need not see them at all should that be your preference.
Our most recent stay was in the “Whale Watch” apartment where we were meet with superior accommodation, much attention to detail & unrivalled cleanliness. The property has absolutely everything needed for a relaxing seaside holiday. Everything is supplied including the magnificent welcome hamper with enough fresh, packaged and refrigerated supplies for the first couple of days. Free Wi Fi, Foxtel & DVDs are available should you require or simply login to your own streaming account on the smart TV (but don’t forget to logout upon departure). The guest laundry includes a dryer and complimentary washing detergent. All this is on top of the simply priceless ocean view from your private patio. Depending on your itinerary, you can leave your car (securely) parked for the entire stay as everything is within walking distance. This includes the Mollymook Beach Golf Club, The Beach Hut café, Breakers Café and a newsagency/convenience store. As previously stated, Mollymook Beach Waterfront again exceeded our expectations and represents outstanding value. But be quick. We have already booked for next year!

We have been enjoying the many benefits of Mollymook Beach Waterfront for a number of years now. Our most recent stay was no exception. Our arrival at Reef Break always feels like coming home as every aspect of our stay has been thoughtfully executed in the fully self-contained apartment. Apart from our own personal luggage, nothing else is required. For example, the sumptuous and complimentary welcome hamper ensures that we were well nourished for the first couple of days.
Each modern apartment has their own entrance off the main foyer/office while our hosts, Ken & June, conveniently live up stairs and so can be called upon should we need any assistance during our stay. They were an invaluable resource for anything from outdoor activities to restaurant recommendations.
The “Reef Break” apartment again excelled in attention to detail & unrivalled cleanliness. Although free Wi Fi, Foxtel & DVDs were available, we simply logged in to your own streaming accounts on the smart TV during this stay. However, it's the priceless ocean view from our private patio that always commands our attention. A guest laundry also includes a dryer and complimentary washing detergent. We left our car (securely) parked for most of our stay as everything is within walking distance. This included the golden sands of Mollymook beach itself, Mollymook Beach Golf Club, Beach Hut café, Breakers Café and a newsagency/convenience store. As stated, Mollymook Beach Waterfront again exceeded our expectations and represents outstanding value. We have again already booked for next year!

We were lucky enough to find a space at Mollymook Beach Waterfront - a lucky cancellation that coincided with a last minute get away for us. Our return visit lived up to the memories for our first visit.
Ken and June are generous and welcoming hosts! The welcome basket is amazing and we put the sparkling to good use with some local prawns on our first night. The welcome basket included more than enough food for breakfasts both mornings of our brief stay.
The location is perfect! Quiet, yet close to everything that you could want. The views out over the beach are gorgeous, it’s a nice stroll to the main beach at Mollymook and an easy drive to anywhere else.
The bed is super comfortable and the shower fabulous... my two main priorities! The linen is high quality and everything has that sense of luxury.
While there is more than enough in the kitchen for basic self catering, Ken is also super helpful in advising where to head for dinner etc. We were thrilled to follow up on one of his suggestions and had the best dinner we have had in a long time. Without his local knowledge we may just have opted for one of the better known places and not found this gem!
Our brief 2 night get away was the rejuvenating get away we needed. Mollymook Beach Waterfront gave us space to slow down, peace and serenity, the opportunity for some lovely local walks to reconnect with nature, and the chance to link in with and support local businesses.
We are looking forward to returning .... again!

Mollymook Beach Waterfront boasts beautiful front row viewing of one of Australia’s sensational reef breaks - from dawn to dusk a magic mix of surfers and dolphins and pods of whales heading north. The ultra comfortable and spotless apartment is top value - is perfect for rest and relaxation and is a superb base for walking, golf, swimming at the famous bogey hole, little coves and the main beach. Their website gives a big hint of the love and pride Ken and June Banks have for their set up and the Mollymook region. It really shines through on arrival, starting with a beaut welcome pack, their eye for detail and you quickly realise it’s the place to be. We’ll be back soon for our 10th visit! Sally and Paul

My husband and I have just spent the weekend at Mollymook Beach Waterfront and it was a wonderful weekend. Ken and June have absolutely nailed it! A welcome break with no children allowed in a beautiful setting that is both tranquil and comfortable. Everything has been thought of. There was a very generous supply of lovely food on our arrival and Ken could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment was immaculate with lovely comfortable furnishings, super fluffy towels and even luxury robes for us to use. If that was not enough to encourage people to stay there is also the most amazing view of the ocean. A fantastic weekend and highly recommended.
