Great motel, easy walk to beach & golf club for dinner. Super quiet, comfortable and clean, easy parking . Our room opened onto a lovely lawn/ garden area , perfect for a morning cuppa. Due to Covid related cancellations our booking had to be postponed a number of times thankfully without penalty, finally we were able to use our credit, thank you.

I often travel to the NSW South Coast for work and I try and spread my business as this area was devastated by the January bushfires. This time I hit on a gem! The Seascape motel is on the highway in Mollymook as you head into Ulladulla with easy access off the road and plenty of parking /driveway space if like me, you have a small truck (Hilux etc). I checked in late and this was easy with the managers providing clear instruction on obtaining the key and finding my room in the middle of the night.
The motel is two story, but room access is split level so it’s just a few steps up or down to either floor and I don't think it is more than a few metres from any car space to your front door. I didn't notice any traffic noise, but you do get some light and movement from passing cars though this can be overcome easily by closing the kitchen blinds as it gets dark.
I was in residence for a few days so I chose a larger two bedroom option to spread out which must have been nearly 80 sq metres. There is no hallway to squeeze through on entry as the room opens up to a well appointed kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and cook meals. From here you move into a large dining and lounge space to a veranda with distant ocean views and a great aspect over the town. Thankfully there is a large flat screen TV articulated in the corner so you can easily watch TV from the lounge without having to crouch forward.
The bedrooms were spacious with the main having the same distant ocean and town views to let the sunrise flood in if that is how you like to wake up in the morning. I did notice good blinds if sleeping in is your thing. Sheets, pillows and blankets were great quality with plenty of hanging space and another smaller TV
The bathroom again was well appointed and though there was a restricted shower head, it still provided plenty of hot water with good pressure.
Overall, the room was spotless and well maintained with tasteful colour scheme. The managers tell me this was a recently refurbished room, but they are in the process of completing all during these quiet COVID times. It was a pleasant 10 minutes’ walk to the coast and another five down to Mollymook Beach, shops, golf and surf club then a wonderful coastal walk north for several kilometres.
All in all, a wonderful place to make your base while you explore the coast, Milton and its shops or the hinterland.

We stayed with 2 other couples for my wife's 60th birthday and I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful service afforded to all of us from both our hosts Greg and Toni. Although located on the highway we couldn't hear any road noise at all as the rooms are set down off the main road with the bathrooms at the front. The outdoor area complete with hammocks, swimming pool and cabana with BBQ facilities was absolutely beautiful. The Motel is close to all main areas in both Mollymook and Ulladulla and we were able to make use of the Motel's brand new courtesy bus to make short trips. The rooms were large and well set out and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, we can't really fault the place :)

We have just enjoyed a delightful 4 night stay at this Motel.
On arrival our greeting was warm and sincere, the room allocated was spotlessly clean and extremely well presented, with a very comfortable King size bed.
Whilst the Motel is on the Highway the traffic noise was almost non existent.
The gardens, grounds and Guest facilities were impeccable in terms of presentation and cleanliness.
Throughout the stay we were afforded quiet, private occupancy, however if required, daily room servicing was available.
The Managers and the Staff at all times were congenial and professional.
From our experience we would highly recommend this Motel and look forward to the opportunity of staying again when we next travel to this region.

Arrived to this lovely location to be greeted by friendly staff asking how they could make our stay better.
Location is fabulous , close to beach with water views from upstairs rooms, close to lighthouse and the town.
Lovely pool and hammocks for your enjoyment and garden area to relax in.
The rooms are very spacious and well appointed with quality fittings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean, actually the whole resort was spotless.
Bathrooms are very big, again with quality towels and toiletries.
The resort is suitable for guests with mobility issues , ramps and level entry from parking.
Close to clubs and restaurants and cafes.
A lovely stay, with lovely hosts.

Kudos to the wonderful on site Property Manager's and Host - Toni & Greg for such a warm welcome to their lovely Motel and for going out of their way to accommodate our requests during our 2 night stay. Nothing was too difficult and the Motel really felt like our "home away from home" with such personalised service.

The Motel is conveniently located to both Mollymook/Ulladulla with all the major restaurants and Cafe's located closeby within a 5 minute drive. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly cleaned which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

We will return to stay at the "Seacape" on our next visit. Look no further and do yourself a favour and stay at this lovely Motel in Mollymook.

Thank you Toni and Greg for your wonderful hospitality and we look forward to returning to visit you.

Cheers,
Cecily & Warren

We stayed in room 11, very spacious and comfortable.
The room was well kept and clean with a comfortable bed.
More importantly it was very quiet room being on the lower floor with a pleasant courtyard at the rear and good outlook.
The Motel has easy access from the main road and on site parking and is centrally located for day trips and sight seeing the area..
Our host, Toni, was very helpful in giving advice on local eating places in the area and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to ensure a pleasant stay. (thank-you)..

We had a terrific time at Mollymook Seascape. The motel is very understated, the rooms were in excellent condition with what seemed like a recent refurbishment/renovation. the bed was very comfortable and the north facing aspect means you can open the curtains and get lovely sun throughout the morning and afternoons. it's conveniently located with only a 5 min drive down to mollymook or collers beach, they have a motel shuttle than can often drop you too.

the hammocks out the front on the grass are a nice touch and really relaxing after a day out.

highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Mollymook Seascape Motel last week. We found that the room was quite large and well appointed in comparison to other motels we have stayed in recently. The motel is well situated and although on the Princes Highway it is quiet.

One of the older school style motels on the coast, the rooms have been refitted in a sensitive but modern aesthetic. I spent a lot of time in the room as I was working and it was very pleasant, with ocean views and a lovely pool outside my door for a quick lunchtime dip taking the edge off not being on proper holidays. The staff were very helpful and the gardens immaculate.
