We are a family friendly caravan park located only a few minutes drive from Mollymook & Narrawallee beaches. We have a variety of accommodation and camp sites available to suit most holiday makers - with the majority of our cabins and sites located well off the highway you'll enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Being the closest park to the Budawangs also makes us an excellent choice for bushwalkers.

Detailed Reviews
We were going to stay at the showgrounds but this has been a particularly bad year for NSW for rain and the showgrounds were quite wet. We drove back to Ulladulla and stopped at the first park we came to on the way. We called in and the lovely person at the office marked a few sites on the map and suggested we drive around to find a site that was not as wet and suited us and this is what we did. We found a site and set up and then I phoned the office to book us in for four nights. The service was exemplary and the rates are good but the park does need a bit of TLC.

It is a very clean well laid out park with an extremely good camp kitchen/dining/meeting building. The amenities were very clean. A few minor issues which were sorted out by Karen. Nice place to stay.

I stayed previously in the sister Park at lake Conjola during the off season and it was bliss. Stumbling distance to the lake and a short drive to the beach.
Of course the parks survival depends on increasing the rates and so Graham approached me with much more affordable (for me) accommodation in Milton.
I was sorry to leave the site but was delighted to find my new location (of which I had choice) was located up on the hill well away from anybody else which is to my liking.
Now I live in an old bus /trailer combination and its a bit of a monster however they had planned an easy approach/departure for me which is accessible at any time.
I have access to water and all the park amenities if I choose and consider myself very lucky to be staying here.
If you are a bit older you will recall the old Aussie ways and here they are in full use with the most courteous ,cheerful staff and the most "situation flexible" owners you will ever likely encounter. Its location is very much central to everything in the area and I recommend it highly.

We have just left the park after a week staying in the on site cabin. It is very outdated, TV, kitchen and bedrooms are all around late 80’s-90’s decor and I could not recommend anybody to stay especially the prices they charge in peak season. The shower leaks and bathroom is so small that my partner has to open the shower door to sit on the toilet.

They gave me wrong information in email and when I called them about it the lady on the phone hung up on me. What a "professional customer service"!
In regards to their booking and pricing, even they only have 3 nights available they still ask me to pay for 4 nights because it's their minimum!!!?

Initially we were given a slab in amongs the permanent caravan, someone not around was parked in our spot. We were moved to the lush grass area which was a blessing. The site was large and quiet. The camp kitchen has excellent facilities. The amenities are dated but provide hot water and are clean. The location is good, close to the beach and not too far from shops.

Friendly & helpful reception made us feel welcome. Plenty of room on large, level, grassy, powered site for our motor home. Some may consider amenities a bit dated, but they are well maintained. Owners seem proud of their park and to be steadily working to upgrade it. Saw kangaroos outside our fence. Convenient to town and short drive to Mollymook Beach. Excellent value at winter rates!

We stayed in a what seemed a new cabin, which was well appointed, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven. There was also a comfortable sofa and decent size flat screen television.
You will need to bring your own linen and towels, or you can hire them.
There is also a pool and well appointed camp kitchen, if you decide to camp
The lady that runs the park is very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay.

Jason helped us out with a water tank issue on our caravan and we’ll definitely be booking to stay on our way back through. The kids loved the play area and everything was as you’d want for a great stay.
