South Seas Motel is located in Merimbula just a quick walk from the main street, which makes it the best motel location in town! You can walk to pretty much everything. There is a range of motel rooms all with air conditioning. Our deluxe rooms are more spacious and are located on the ground floor and have their own private balcony overlooking our awesome pool and expansive gardens. Our deluxe rooms come in queen, twin (single and queen bed) and a family room (queen bed, 3 x singles beds). A kitchenette is provided in these rooms that have a cook top, microwave, sink and fridge. Our standard motel rooms offer a variety of queen and twin rooms, some are ground level and some have a common balcony. All have their own outdoor patio setting. A small kitchenette is also available with a microwave, fridge and sink. What our guests love the most is the location, the pool and sun deck area and the gardens, and the welcoming and friendly vibe.

We stayed here overnight, we had three rooms, they where all clean and comfortable. The check in staff where very good to deal with. The motel is in a very handy location. They allowed us to use their cloths dry for our bike gloves as it was raining when we arrived. We would definately stay here again.

Really nice pool area, and close to the shops and shore, friendly welcome. Booking.com asked me to review this motel and I included a few minor things that needed attention in our room. To my pleasant surprise I received a very positive reply telling me that they would look into my comments. All good.

South Seas Motel has a fantastic reputation and it certainly lived up to expectations. We arrived late in the evening and check in was a breeze, Sally had even put the lights and heating on in our room for our arrival. The rooms were sparking clean with everything you need (we were travelling with kids so the well equipped kitchen amenities and Netflix were a blessing). The outlook over the pool area from our room was lovely to wake up to, and everything that Merimbula has to offer was within walking distance from the motel.
It’s little gems like these that you find along the way that make holidays so refreshing and fun, all the little extra details make a huge difference, and this is why South Seas is by far the best Motel in town. We will definitely be visiting again.

My wife and I stayed here overnight, the motel is in a good location, the room and bed was very good. Sally is always very good to deal with and will help out with any reasonable request if possible. Cafes and clubs are all within easy walking distance.

The motel was in a good location, parking easy and there was a slight water view. Everything looked nice and up to date but the bed was atrocious. As soon as my partner moved, the whole bed moved making sleep difficult. The water pressure was good and amenities fine for an overnight stay

Chose this motel for location in proximity to town centre and bowling club. Easy short walk to Main Street, shops and both bowling and RSL clubs. Fresh, clean rooms. Lovely shower and really comfortable bed. Recommended for an affordable stay in Merimbula.

Recently stayed at South Seas Motel in Merimbula for a week-long family holiday.
This motel provides clean and comfortable rooms, great pool and BBQ facilities, excellent location and friendly customer service.

Fantastic accommodation, fantastic pool, fantastic host & fantastic time. Will definitely be back. This is my 3rd visit in the last 12 months and will be back again. The room was spotless and very comfortable and the grounds and pool were beautiful. We were also lucky enough to be there for cocktails around the pool which was amazing. I would definitely recommend South Seas Merimbula

Nothing was a problem, early check in, late check out, and even gave me a lift to the airport. Great pool area, which would be great for a young family. The motel is central to everything, breakfast restaurants, easy walk to the RSL & the Bowling Club. Just a great motel

It happened to be freezing when we visited Merimbula this summer. Sally got us extra blankets and got the heating going. It was cozy and comfy for our family of 5. Good price and good location. No complaints. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thank you.
