This establishment, while offering a haven set amongst the trees is immaculately presented and maintained by a friendly team which only adds to the pleasure of staying there. I had a couple of nights here end of August.But have been to Merimbula several times before over the years. I like quiet accommodation and this was it, an older motel opposite the golf course, midway between Merimbula and Pambula, only 3 minutes drive to each centre.
A very nice reception from one of the owners - Peter, friendly, informative and easy to talk to. I had room 10 at the rear of the property, very spacious room, well equipped with kitchenette, sofa and very good furnishings. Bed comfortable and decent shower. Nice and quiet at night, I slept well. The motel is located in very spacious and well kept grounds.
I ate out each night at Lakeview Hotel and at Wheelers next door, Lakeview good and Wheelers outstanding. I had cooked breakfast brought to the room by owner Debbie, who is very courteous and professional. The breakfast was hot and on time, well presented and decent portions of good food. Overall a very good stay with very nice management people - Debbie and Peter. Very quiet guest wise when I was there, but that is a sign of the times. Highly recommended.

The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of bushland at the back and in front of the unit we faced very well maintained gardens. Sitting on the balcony felt private. The kitchenette was well equipped. Peter and Debbie were very helpful. We needed extra parking space to accomodate a small boat and they helped us out with this, which we much appreciated. Debbie took the time to explain booking options and when we arrived she made us feel welcome and gave us heaps of tourist advice. I highly recommend Fairway Motor Inn.

Very pleasant hotel, now privately run, very informative friendly lady provided us with information about the town and where to eat.
The hotel is around 5 minutes drive from Pambula or 15 from Merimbula, the room / suite was huge with a small kitchenette, which included tea,coffee as well as a small carton of milk.
It was clean fresh and very comfortable.
There was a small pool area but we did not have time to use it, parking on site right outside your room, albeit we had an upstairs apartment.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with good kitchen facilities but a little dated. Good facilities for my disabled stepson. When we arrived the owner was there to check us in but then we didn’t see them again. Although it said that the reception was open at 0900 when we tried to get the key to the laundry room the next day there was no one there. We did eventually get hold of them by phone but it did delay us. You will need a car to travel to the town but it’s well worth a visit. A nice little stop on our way to Melbourne.

In recent years I have stayed at most of the motels in Merimbula and Pambula whilst visiting family. The Fairway Motor Inn is our favourite so far, I am more than happy to spend a little extra to stay here. A lot of the motels in Merimbula are old and desperately need updating. This place has nice clean carpet, good towels, nice curtains etc, it just feels clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is in the spa suite, it would be nice to have a tv in front of the bed and one that can support Netflix or something, I have noticed that is a new thing some motels are providing, which is pretty cool because there aren’t many places that exist where you can hire movies anymore. We had an amazing stay in the beautiful king spa suite for our anniversary. The room was spotless and lovely and the gardens stunning. The bed was so comfy, the owners showed us wonderful hospitality and even helped us with dinner suggestions. Couldn’t fault our stay, totally recommend this accommodation and have even booked here again next year. Thanks a lot! X

Situated a comfortable walk to Pambula, next door to Wheelers restaurant and across the road from the golf course, the Fairway Motor Inn is in a good position. The staff were welcoming, cleaners delightful. The spa room we had was spacious and the access to a courtyard and grassy area was a bonus. The room was clean. There was some noise from the room next door but not enough to be truly bothersome.

We stayed at the Fairway Motor Inn in Merimbula for one night on our way through and chose it because it was next to Wheeler's seafood restaurant where we went for dinner. Everything was so easy. Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, very clean and comfortable.

This is the second time that I have stayed here for business over a 6 week period.
The bed is very comfortable and they provide plenty of options for the pillows. Great shower with constant hot water with a good pressure. Personal care products are really lovely and very accessible and easy to use.
There is a restaurant next door Wheelers so you don't have to go far or drive for a decent meal.
Shame I only stay a night as I would love to walk around the beautiful gardens.
