We have stayed at Seaspray motel in Merrimbula on several occasions over the past 7 years. The owners are friendly and welcoming and take pride in their hotel. Since we last visited they have updated several aspects including a new good quality BBQ which we used to cook dinner one evening and breakfast/brunch on a couple of days of our 4 night stay. The hotel is peaceful with the added bonus of being adult only, so rare these days. It's walking distance to town centre and to the boardwalk too for those who likeq longer walk. Parking is ample with one bay per room so even though we were there over the Christmas period parking was never a problem. We will be back again.

Very accommodating hostess. The place is quiet and clean and great dinner recommendations despite many restaurants being closed on a Sunday evening. The room was just what you need after a day of travelling - strong hot shower, clean soft towels, coffee making facilities and near to shops and restaurants.

Good morning, Such a nice review, thank you for your kind words. Your reason for being in Merimbula was not a holiday, but I am pleased we were able to make your stay comfortable and that you enjoyed some of the local attractions. Now that the RFS have declared the Far South Coast open again to tourism, we are looking forward to hosting many more travellers and feel sure they will love this fantastic region as much as you do. Thank you for staying and I hope you have a safe trip home. All the best Antoinette

The owners were very welcoming. I stayed in October by myself to whale watch. I find stairs difficult, while still covering from major ankle surgery, Antoinette offered me a choice of rooms to ensure I was comfortable.
Returning to the motel after a day of exploring the area, was like returning to a family members home. It was lovely to be greeted and have a chat about my day.

Hello Lynda, Such a lovely review, thank you for taking the time to write about your Merimbula stay. I hope you are becoming more mobile and are able to get around a little easier now. You were pretty tired after your whale watching cruise and then shopping expedition. It was a pleasure having you to stay and I am so pleased all worked out in the end after the several false starts. Look after yourself and thank you or staying with us. Safe travels, Antoinette

My son and I stayed here initially for 2 nights as we needed to attend a family commitment. We booked directly with the motel which saved us money. We trusted it would be fine as the price was very modest. We were warmly greeted by Antoinette on arrival who gave us an abundance of helpful local information. The room was impeccably clean which was reassuring during COVID. The gardens were an absolute delight and maintenance of rooms and gardens faultless. We decided to stay an additional night just because we could and this was no problem at all. I would have happily stayed on another week but we did have to return home. Thank you Antoinette....if I return I will book again with you despite all the other options.

Staying at the Sea Spray, during the south coast fire crisis Jan 2020. This motel is full of us support workers. It is as clean as a whistle. Immaculate. The hosts are the nicest people ever. Annalise remembered all our names on day 2 .... and our breakfast quirks! The breakfast is great. The 2 storey rooms (bedroom upstairs - loft like) are large, clean and well cared for. The bed is great and comfy (extra single for a 3rd). Fridge & microwave, cutlery & crockery etc. - everything you need. Tea & coffee making facilities. Water pressure is great. Pool. BBQ with outside seating. Parking is easy even though there is no vacancy. Easy walk to the centre of town. For a good priced motel stay, l would highly recommend it. They even feed kookaburras in the afternoon - the kids would love it!

A one night stay here in February 2022. The garden is a credit to the owner and all of the property is beautifully presented.
we stayed in one of the 3 ground floor units facing the main road. This can be very noisy at times and I recommend that you request a room that does not face the road

We just spent a delightful week at Merimbula Seaspray and loved it. The owners are just delightful, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation is very clean and well appointed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. You will be spoiled by the amazing flowers in bloom around the beautiful gardens and the resident wild lorikets, kookaburra, magpie and other feathered friends dropping in. Best of all it is Adults only! Great location to walk down the street for exercise and the hill on the way home will work off any over eating😉 We will be back for sure 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I think the birds will miss you, even the kookaburra's were looking around for you last night. There was a Pewee in the garden yesterday for this first time. Lovely to know that you liked all the various flowers and shrubs, they require a fair amount of water and attention but when they give pleasure to our guests then it is worth the effort. So good that you had a whole week to enjoy the surrounding area and test out the myriad restaurants and cafes. WE look forward to a return visit. Safe and happy travels, and thank you for staying with us. Antoinette

This is a spotlessly clean, quality motel of the very best standard. Attentive owners with a clear eye for detail and style add to the experience. My wife and I have enjoyed 6 nights here as part of a month-long trip from Wales - and could easily have stayed longer. Location is very good, minutes from shops, restaurants, beaches, golf etc. Nespresso is a welcome bonus.
