Absolutely beautiful!!! The view was just stunning !!! Woke up to a beautiful sunrise and wanted to get up and just sit and relax out the front with a cuppa. So peaceful thinking how quiet at night it was knowing many people head down to the beach through the night and we couldn't hear a car drive by at all. Headed down to Short Point Beach which was seconds away. Seeing people walking their dogs thinking we should of brought our Nova, knowing that we were allowed to bring her. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable that I didn't even want to get up...😁 We were supplied with dishes, utensils, toaster, microwave and even a small kitchen with a stove top and lots of other necessities. We even went to Tura to Short Point Beach to realise we could of walked there from Merimbula and actually could see our cabin from there. The management is amazing and very lovely people. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave and turned our 2 night stay into 3 nights. Even spotted a kangaroo around 6 am. We will definallly be coming back and this time we will be bring our dog along.

Thanks Tina for accommodating us it was such a cool experience at the Beach Cabins, the ocean view was sensational the cabin were super clean and surprisingly with modern appliances, the hot water was always hot and the water pressure was awesome, on another hand the weather was against us non stop rain hehe but no worries the fast Wifi kept the little ones busy.. I was also surprised as we got visited by half a dozen of kangaroos !! The kids got super exited. Love the place love the cabin definitely you will see us again soon in cabin # 1.

Perfect location on Short Point Merimbula surrounded by the beach, lake and peaceful bushland for a family weekend that was very reasonably priced. Relaxed environment with great amenities and friendly staff. Looking forward to having more holidays at Beach Cabins Merimbula

Beach Cabins has great value and quality service for family and couples style accomodation, in a great location with great views.....highly recommended. The cabins are well fitted out and relatively modern. The location is close to the surf beach and beautiful lagoon

The best location nice and quiet well equipped cabin, more like an apartment will stop here again next time we are in Merimbula. Thanks for the up grade Tina. The kitchen was well equipped and not far from the town centre just 2 minutes by car and about 3 minutes walk to the beach.

We stayed in a studio cabin which was surprisingly spacious with everything you could ask for. The communal room had a coffee pod machine and milk frother which really made my day. Although we could cook in our cabin we chose to use the hooded bbq and enjoyed a couple of drinks at the covered outdoor area while we waited for our dinner to cook. Our hosts were lovely, friendly people who were happy to recommend places to visit. Everything from our cabin to the communal areas was spotlessly clean and nothing was too much to ask of the hosts. Great location and value for money.

Stayed here for four nights it was a nice cosy two bedroom cabin with lovely lake and sea views. The owners of the place Pete & Tina are amazing. Tina is very helpful with everything and is more than happy to assist and guide you on where to go what to do around the area etc. These cabins are fully equipped with everything you need. However I would suggest them to have extra pillows and blankets in their rooms as sometimes during winter time it does get pretty cold at Night. I loved the quiet sounds of the jungle as well as the ocean waves hitting early morning. Short point is just a few steps away you can walk there and enjoy the beach and stunning lake views. I really enjoyed my stay here.Thanks a lot we will definately come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in our 1 br cabin. It was basic but had everything we needed and expected for a week at the beach. Our bed was comfortable and our separate living area allowed us to enjoy relaxing and dining within our cabin. The balcony with outdoor setting was a great place for breakfast and dinner when dining in. The barbecues and communal room and facilities were excellent and we enjoyed a few lovely barbecues during our stay. The resident owners and managers clearly take great pride in their facilities and grounds - all were very well maintained and in this Covid climate very clean and safe for all guests. Thank you Pete and Tina - we had a lovely week. Thanks also for your suggestions of things to do.

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin and the cabin was just gorgeous. Really clean, and well stocked with all the little things as well as the Kitchen plates, cutlery, etc. I was really impressed. Usually with a family you need to take extra soap, garbage bags etc. The position is perfect as well. Friendly wildlife, near the beach near the bush near the lake. What more could you ask for..

Great Location, beach is a 1 min walk, town centre 20 min walk. Friendly, helpful check in. Four bbq’s with utensils near pool area. Pet friendly cabin, was pleasant although could do with a bit of TLC. The window screen was half hanging off and the bathroom, specifically sink and shower could do with updating/scrubbing. The shower curtain clings to legs so water does splash on floor. Bath mat provided didn’t grip to floor so I almost slipped over twice. Fridge was also turned off when we arrived, I think must be accidental but we didn’t realize for some hours after putting our food inside. I would recommend this place, try to book a cabin closer to the beach (we were at the rear)

HI Melody, The Cabins dont have Air con or ceiling fans but all have portable fans. Our proximity to the ocean and our temperate climate voids the necessity for air con. We recently had a family gathering of Canadians for Xmas (4 cabins) and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves here at the Cabins.
There are more places to choose from in the Merimbula area.
