Depends on whether you book accommodation package with meals or not. We went dive week so it included 3 meals a day and sunset cocktail. There are restaurants and cafe you can also eat at. The food st pinetrees is first class. You have to have breakfast 7am- 8:30am, lunch 12:30pm-1:30pm or they pack a picnic bag for you to take with you on your activities or they drop off bbq to one of the many picnic spots on the island for you.
Dinner is at sunset 7pm
