A very friendly boutique park within walking distance to all facilities (pub, club, shopping and Post Office). Offers accommodation including Ensuite Cabins, Standard Cabins, On-site Vans and Powered Sites. Enjoy the family atmosphere and a great camp kitchen where you get to meet and greet the owners and tourists at Happy Time each afternoon. We also do bookings to most attractions on offer. Also while there ask how the park got it's name.

Very basic cabin and dirty. Inadequate utensils and crockery. For example crockery, glasses, cooking utensils. Gas oven & hotplates but griller turned off & gas still connected. Location good but if you want rough & ready this is for you.

We had a lovely stay here. A great little park. Spotless amenities. A big enclosed camp kitchen with Happy Hour every night with the very friendly owners Lionel and Debbie and other guests. Within walking distance to club and shops. Would definately return.

Had 3 nights last week staying in one of their cabins. Cabin had everything we needed and was very clean with a nice comfortable bed and very affordable. Owners were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The Happy Hour was a highlight, meeting other people and hearing their stories. Park is within walking distance to shops and food outlets. Couldn't fault anything with this caravan park and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly and affordable place to stay in Lightning Ridge Thanks Lionel and Deb for a great 3 nights visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in a cabin at the Crocodile Caravan Park. The owners were great with us arriving a little bit late and were very informative about the town. On night 2 we attended the Happy Hour in the camp kitchen and got to meet new travel friends. Everything was very clean and tidy.

My husband and I, along with my cousins stayed at the park on a powered site which was very close to the super clean amenities. The highlight of the park for me was the happy hour where our host Lionel and Deb made everybody in the caravan park feel welcome and part of their family. I will recommend this park to all that ask.
