I'm here visiting my young daughter from England and I found this appartment to be ideal. I was on a budget and it offers everything I could ask for. Clean and tidy with all amenities. Beautiful sea view from my living room. Beds are very comfortable with lots of extra blankets etc as it's winter here now.
On the booking it said no WIFI but you do get it Despite other reviews saying that it's not good it more than served basic purposes. You have a 4K TV in the living room and I could watch Prime and Netflix. Only once did the internet stop for a short time due to exceptional bad weather. I'd like to point out this year has been unusual with very cold weather and extra rain.
There are good facilities like the shower, a washing machine and a dryer. On the kitchen a cooker and microwave, kettle etc. Decor is basic which is fine and the whole appartment is exceptionally clean tidy and has all I need.
My only comment would be someone needs to be in the office when you have emailed in advance to say your arriving. I had no phone to use as abroad and if I'd have had an email prior to tell me the passcode to entry safe to get my keys and welcome envelope it would have been better. Luckily I had a local family member could call the office. That was the only thing that I could say could be improved.
I will definitely use again as I felt it was exceptional value and it's not easy with costs traveling from the UK. I feel very comfortable and grateful.

This gets an above average rating strictly because of the view, location and price. Imagine the waves crashing to shore just 20 metres away from your window. The sound and the sight was stunning.
The apartment is spacious and clean. You do have to pay extra for linens, and they don't have daily maid service. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, kitchen and sitting rooms were all quite large. The decor looks like it was done in the mid-80s so it could use some updating. We were certainly comfortable enough and would hate to see the price go up for refurbishing though. It was a very good deal for an ocean front full one-bedroom apartment.
It is right in town and they have a nice pool too - although not heated so it was quite cold. That is another thing to bear in mind - there was no heating in the unit, so if you are there in winter it is chilly and I presume no air conditioning in summer either. We were there in autumn so it got a bit cool at night.
We were right on the main street of Lennox Head. Since it is a small town it was very quiet with enough to keep you busy for a few days. They have lots of small good restaurants and a few shops too. The attraction is really Seven Mile Beach. Perfect for long walks in the sand and watching the surfers. Unfortunately it isn't really a good swimming beach although you can play in the surf.
In order to book it, you have to go to the Real Estate just a block south of the units on Ballina Street.

we recently stayed here for three nights over a weekend. We had booked through the real estate company in town and the apartment we had booked had several problems - the main bedroom carpet stank; the pipework of the unit above was on the inside of our apartment and so you could hear anything that went through them, and the bathroom door didn't close. This apartment needed renovating and work done to up the standard. We complained to the real estate company and the on site managers and were lucky enough to be allocated to another unit. We did have to move again during our stay due to availability but we had no problems with that. Both the subsequent units were very clean and tidy, and although smaller than the first unit, we were very comfortable. The location of these units means you have the sea at your front window, and the main street at the back gate. Wonderful for collecting the early morning coffee and sitting at the water's edge to relax. For a small town there were still several restaurants to choose from, as well as two fish and chips shops. It was close to Ballina, which is a larger town south of Lennox Head, and within half an hour of Byron Bay to the north. Great place to get out of the busyness of life, and enjoy a surf or a fish off the beach.

Not so good - The room is dated. The bathroom is very small and includes shower, toilet and basin. The bed was small and uncomfortable. No air conditioning, wifi didn't work for us. No reception on arrival despite advertised hours. No toilet paper. The towels may have been clean but they had stains.
Good - Flyscreens on all, and and dual blinds on most, windows. This allowed us to help regulate temperature in lieu of air conditioning.
Very good - Great view and access to beach and local shops. Pool was very nice and clean. These features made the stay worth it. Was allowed a late checkout, which was nice.

We stayed in 4b, wouldn't reccomend!! We have 2 small kids and there was no safe way of heating the apartment, we had to borrow the heater from my mums room next door. The washing machine didn't work, the dishwasher wouldn't come off being locked, the main room light didn't go and the toilet door wouldn't lock.....for $350 a night you would expect alot more!! This was all communicated to the managers and honestly, they didn't really care a whole lot. Don't stay here if you can help it!

Hi Casey, Thank you for taking time to make a review, even though we find it disappointing. As you can see from below I haven’t responded to reviews before as I believe everyone is allowed to have an opinion whether it be negative or positive about the apartments but with yours I feel I have to correct some of your comments. When you reported in the morning the washing machine wasn’t working I offered to do your washing for you in our laundry room but you said no as you would use the apartment your mum was staying in. When you mentioned you didn’t feel comfortable using the heaters in the apartments Wayne and I went to Ballina and drove around every electrical store trying to get one for you but unfortunately due to the cold weather at the moment everywhere was sold out. We then went to our house and brought down our heater for you, Wayne mentioned this to you when he brought it to your apartment. You never mentioned the main light was out in the lounge and your mum mentioned to us that the dishwasher was locked after your departure. Sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay

The apartment complex is situated literally metres from the beach, so location and ocean views are amazing. There is a carport for each apartment, with shops and eateries just across the road. However, our grnd floor 2BR apartment, whilst clean and serviceable, was very tired. The website photos are misleading or maybe its just that our apartment is yet to be renovated. Also, TV reception to some channels was either unachievable or patchy at best. Stayed a total of four nights (two separate occasions).

Rarely is absolute beach front accommodation as affordable as this in such a beautiful spot! Lennox Head is still somewhat laid back, but has the most amazing beaches, lake and restaurants. The uninterrupted ocean view from our apartment was fabulous and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony each morning. The apartment was roomy and clean and had everything we needed. The managers were very helpful too, and we will surely be back next time we need accommodation in Lennox.

We have been staying in Byron Bay for years which is 10miutes drive from Lennox Heads but now we have found Lennox Heads we stay at The Beavhfront Apartments due to the fact that they are right on the ocean, by staying in Unit 4B I can sit in the lounge and watch the waves just roll in, it is peaceful, relaxing and we think this is Gods hidden little secret. Do yourself a favour and stay here if u dont want to pay the high prices of Byron Bay as it is far more resonably priced so you can stsy longer and better still where can you stay for an average price of $100/night on the ocean. We found the unit we stayed in (4B) & it has been beautifully renovated about 2 years ago, it is very practical, clean, neat and very tidy. The unit has a dishwaher, fans, washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, under bench oven, glass cook top with & the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, Flat screen TV's in the Queen bedroom and in the lounge room. It has 1xQueen bedroom & 1x2 single beds in the other room.The pool / BBQ area is great you can cook while the kids are having a swim and the pool area not long ago been renovated by the look of it, the pool has solar heating as well. Lennox Heads beach has been voted by surfers as one of the best right hand brake in he world our son just loves that he can walk outside step into the water and surf all day. I love the area as u dont have to drive anywhere the IGA, Newsagent, Bottle Shop, Bakery, Fruit Shop, Ice Cream Shop, Butcher, are straight across the road its perfect for all of the guests that stay.

I totally agree with the other review posted about this accommodation. We stayed here for just one night in a 1 bedroom apartment - but it would have been ideal to stay longer. The apartments are right on the beach front, and have superb views. They are old apartments - so don't expect anything too luxurious - but they are very clean, and have all the self catering appliances you could need. The low price more than compensates for the 'old-ish decor'. They also have decent sized balconies with great views. The apartments are on the main street in Lennox Head and right next to all the main restaurants and convenience stores. Lennox Head itself was a pleasant surprise to us - having never been there before. It's small, but has everything you could need for a weekend break. There a numerous restaurants to choose from - all within easy walking distance, and all offering different types of cuisine. Overall, we had a great stay.

Situated on the beachfront at Lennox Head with great access to shops restaurants and local hotel. It was hot humid weather for our visit and the appartment had no air conditioning and poor ventilation. The fans did little to help. Full kitchen facilities and lounge room. I found the bed uncomfortable. Great for families with children- large lawn fronting the beach and playground in the park next door. I would not stay in the appartments near the road with unappealing views of the street and noise. The appartments facing the ocean looked good.
