Dave is friendly and the location is terrific. Overall the unit was perfect for me as close by the family gathering I was in Lennox for. The bathroom is a bit dated, but more importantly the shower screen was dirty with soap from previous rentals, as was the plastic glass for toothbrushes - cleaned this myself by soaking it in hot water. The TV remote didn't work (probably needed a new battery) but I used the back buttons behind the tv. The carpet had been cleaned but tiny sparkles from some party were everywhere so the vacuum isn't up to scratch. If the cleaner was more focused on a high standard this would improve first impressions.

Older Style Motel located in a great spot in town- walking distance to everything- park your car and leave it. Dave is a friendly host, the rooms very clean and the pool is an added bonus. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again

Lennox Head has a secret , and you drive right past it on Byron St as you arrive in Lennox Head , its called , Sante Fe Motel , Why is it so interesting ? Its good value , its a short walk to the beach , and it has a manager called David , who is very helpfull , friendly and a real asset to visitors , We visit our preferred room here on a fairly regular basis , and its because of the reasons ive set out , as the Old Adv used to say " When your on a Good Thing , Stick to it " !! Thanks David , you are a great asset to that business , cheers .

Overnight stop in a 2 bedroom ground floor, very adequate for 4 adults with kitchen facilities. Clean, quiet, comfy. Friendly manager. Excellent location easy walk to beach, shops and dining. Really liked this motel, glad we stayed here instead of Byron it’s so much quieter! Would love to go back another time and explore a bit more.

Dave, the manager couldn't have been more helpful with my predicament (wheelchair) when I phoned prior to making the trip up, as a recent accident had put us in jeopardy. Dave went to great lengths to see how he could accommodate our needs (including relocating us downstairs and providing/responding to further needs) to make our visit possible.
On arrival, again, Dave was very accommodating (organising a few extra things for our room to help) and we found the surrounds and building very well maintained with pleasant, clean rooms. The grounds were spotless; the staff were also very cheery and helpful.
The location was spot on for us, only one street back from the turning 'left' toward the lake, or 'right' toward the shops for a 500m walk either way. Plenty of parking on site or just at the front on the street.

Conveniently located to the beach cafes & shops. Whilst not a modern glitzy unit, it was very clean and all essentials were provided to ensure a very pleasant stay. We had a roomy two bedroom with a kitchen, lounge area and shared bathroom. The hot water delay, the only issue but when it arrived it was fine. When the beach was not pleasant (too windy), the onsite pool was popular with the children or the Tea Tree Lake. Quattro Restaurant nearby for dinner or lunch is a must which we so enjoyed.

On arrival, we found the owner to be friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
Friends of 50 years enjoyed the entire Santa Fe Motel & Holiday Units experience. A clean 2 bedroom unit ensured we had everything we needed. This little gem is in walking distance to the beach, lake, shops and amazing food in local cafes.

Great location for a stay in Lennox Heads! We were able to walk down to the main street to have dinner, and the lake and beach are only a short walk away also. Dave was very responsive with emails and our check in and out was very quick and easy. Would stay again.

Santa Fe is an older style motel that has been very well maintained by Manager Dave. It is clean, comfortable, has air-con and fans and the pool was a great added bonus for us. It is a very handy walk to beach, clubs, cafes, shops etc. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A friendly welcome from Dave, who was graciously allowed us to check in a littler earlier. We had requested a ground floor room when we booked, and were happy that the request was honoured. Dave gave us a quick overview of the accommodation and we settled in.
The hotel is an older establishment, but well maintained, clean and comfortable. My only concern was that the rooms were very dark, but we weren’t inside for too long.
Really well positioned from the beach, local pub, restaurants & convenience stores. Just a short stroll.
