Let me start with the good. This park is in an amazing location. Across the road from Lake Ainsworth and a bit past the lake is the ocean with a patrolled beach so you are spoilt for choice for swimming. The lake is fresh water and the temperature is like bath water. Perfect for kids, adults, paddle boards, etc. There are plenty of grassed areas, picnic shelters, bbq's around the lake. There is a kiosk at the beach and a Cafe within 5 mins walk. The main town is about a 15min walk. There is a Friendly Grocer in town that is quite well stocked, 3 liquor stores, a butcher and bakery. If you need the Woolies you will need to drive 10 mins but other than that you won't need to drive anywhere. Down the road is 4wd access to 7 mile Beach but you need a permit. As for the park the front office stocks various ice creams, drinks, lollies and milk. The Norco milkman also visits regularly. You can also hire kayaks, paddle boards and push bikes for a reasonable price. During our stay they had a movie night, activities for kids and a visit from Santa. I found it convenient that the laundry had a credit card payment system and you get a text when the load is about to finish. $7 a load to wash and $8 to dry. You can get an iron from reception if you need it. In the section we were in there didn't seem to be a camp kitchen but there may have been one at the far end of the park. People were washing up in the laundry. Amenities were pretty standard. Bit frustrating the you need one code for the toilets and another for the boom gate but not a deal breaker. Park is pet friendly as are parts of the beach but the lake and surrounds are not pet friendly. Mind you, it wasn't cheap but still cheaper than many on the coast. Sites are very squishy. We had a small caravan and awning and could barely fit our car on the site. Neighbours are right up to each others' boundary. All in all, we loved our stay and will most likely be back.

Check in system very good, never had to go near reception. Staff kept us informed with texts. Park was clean and tidy but facilities and amenities are old and basic for the price of $62 per night. The price would stop us staying again for longer when there are so many much cheaper and better alternatives up and down the coast.

Great location, There is an off leash area within the park and an off leash beach within 150m. The off leash beach area is km's long. So much space for the mutt to play Dog friendly cafes within 200m. Full cafe and shopping area within 10 mins walk. The park is full of wide open spaces, green, with multiple modern and clean amenities. Less than 3 hours drive from Brisbane Highly recommended.

This is a very large caravan/tent park and it was nearly full Although it was out of school holidays. It is also dog friendly so there are many people camping with dogs all through the park. The sites are large enough though if one wants shade ask for a site towards the back as the sites near the front are mostly in full sun. The amenities near our site appear modern and clean, lots of hot water in the showers. Friends of ours had cabins and the cabins interior looked newly refurbished. However, a bit more attention to detail from the cleaners to wiping marks off the fridge and various surfaces would have given a better impression given that the cabins are pretty pricey for a weekend. Our choice was about location so it suited our purpose and a good time was had by all, caravaners, tenters and cabin dwellers. It was quiet at night over that weekend, no barking, no music, just peaceful. It is probably a site favoured by dog owners as they can take their pets, and those with children as there is the lake and the beach in close walking proximity. The camp sites are not on the lake though, there is a security paling fence and a road to cross to get to the lakefront.

Reflections Lennox Head, this was our 2nd stay, we enjoyed last year, but unfortunately this stay was completely different. Come Thursday's the park is so crowded with vans, children and dog so it's extremely noisy. The Laundry has credit card payment only, the machine in the laundry next to dog run was broken last year still not fixed, also dryers not cleaned nor were the washing machines, the ground persons didn't respect our privacy and wipper snipped the grass from under our awning in and around our privacy screens from our concrete slab, not on.. For the cost of our stay you would expect better. We will not be returning.

My elderly Mother booked the standard cabin while the rest of the family had 3 powered tent sites. The powered sites were great and ours had Astro turf, although many didn’t. Cabin number 10 had a queen size bed which was comfortable. The cabin is tired looking. She didn’t need to use the bunk bed which was just as well as the lower bunk is only centimetres off the floor. The cabin itself does not have any table/chair inside. There is a large table on the veranda with two chairs but because the table is too big, only one person can sit down as the 2nd chair is butted against the wall and you can’t squeeze in or get the chair out. The handbasin was extremely difficult to turn off unless you have a lot of strength and the shower was also very difficult to regulate- going from very hot to lukewarm. We have advised staff of this and they are going to look into it. The location of the park is magic, next to the Lake and opposite the surf beach and dog friendly off leash area. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are large pot holes in some parts of the road which can be a trip hazard, especially at night. The surf club opposite has a take away shop but does not have any dining room/bistro options which many surf clubs these days do. There are some nice cafes within walking distance.

This park would be the worst park I have ever stayed in. Booked a grass site got a mud site. Had to pay up full cost of booking 5 weeks before we went. I have never paid anything other than a deposit. Pot holes in road would fit a cow in them. Can’t miss them as they are all over the road. Have to be very careful towing the caravan over these holes. Ammenities very old & tired, but clean. Hot Water takes so long to get hot & pressure is at a trickle. Dogs everywhere barking day & night. Not small ones. Some sites had 2 to 3 large dogs tired up on them. Just came back from ammenities & caravan behind us had 2 large dogs & the women was standing behind her caravan allowing the dogs to poo. While writing this review sitting in my caravan, all I can hear is barking dogs. Management what management. You never see them in the park just to check that people are doing the right thing & dogs are being kept under control. Paid $49.50 a night to listen to dogs barking when I can stay home & listen to the neighbours dogs bark. Won’t cost me a cent. Got woken Saturday morning at 2am with dog next door barking. No one came outside to stop it. If you want a relaxing weekend or holiday this park is not the place to go. We won’t be back Our next caravan park stop no dogs allowed.

What a Shocker.. So Disappointing 😞 Stayed at the Reflections Caravan park, Lennox Head because they allowed dogs.. Beautiful spot, great beaches and is a lovely little coastal village. But the caravan park was a Shocker.. The presentation and condition right across the park was very tired, unkept and going on to disrepair.. The park roads had more pot holes than the Bruce Highway and many sites that had concrete slabs had big craters down the side of the slab where the caravan is meant to be parked.. Cleanliness of amenities was only just. With the washing machines in the laundries full of slime and dirt around the rubber seals and looked like they had not been clean in years. Even worse was they were charging top dollar for a night's stay which for the facilities provided and the condition was very unfair compared to other parks we have stayed in recently. No doubt your paying a bit more because it is Lennox Head but considering the overall package offered we would not consider staying there again or recommend to anyone.

Deluxe cabin like hell Big enough space, but the place was absolutely filthy stains all over the carpet in bedrooms You couldn’t turn the fans on as the threat of the buildup of dust flying everywhere was to great . Food still in the frypan in the cupboard. The floor was filthy our feet were black within the first 10 minutes had to wash floors before we could walk barefoot in kitchen again . on Water was filthy when I emptied bucket . That we had to put everything through the dishwasher before we used it We paid a ridiculous amount of money for such a filthy place I believe it was because it was a pet friendly one they really didn’t care The one next door that we looked at was so much nicer Then main thing going for it was the location. Advise the staff on the way out, and I really couldn’t care less.

Always a pleasure staying at reflections cpark in lennox head . The staff are very nice and are jp for a chat or if you have a problem theyll get it fixed if they can. The manager Dan and his staff that ive dealt with when paying my site fees are Tia and Joylene all are very nice and helpful plus the added bonus is theres cafes and the beach all within walking distance so you can stay fit while on your break away. I'd recommend anyone with children or just couples and there 4 legged babies too (dogs /cats) they have powered non powered sites for caravans campers and motorhomes even the truck or 2 with longer sites plus basic cabins and glamping ones too and a beach just across the road and a town full of cafes and also a great walking track along the broard walk

Hi there, no sorry, many of our guests take their dogs to Waggytails Lennox Head nearby for a sleepover, or you can find our dog friendly parks in our group at the North Coast Holiday Parks website main page, (sorry cannot put web links in responses on here). The closest to us is NCHP Shaws Bay
As Janette said they are at the rear of the park but I would have to say they are in the best spot! Nice and quiet. The sites are on the large side so there should be plenty of room for all your toys. The camp kitchen is simply fantastic. All sites generally are within close prox to the amenities but of course there are some well back.
When we stay with our van we often take a walk in the afternoon up there and am always envious of the campers.....
There are more places to choose from in the Lennox Head area.
