The park is steeped with natural beauty from lush green grass to the golden sands and sapphire water of the beach. A range of self contained cabin accommodation and powered or ensuite sites for caravans and campers is available. This includes access to a myriad of family friendly facilities including our awesome water park - Sunny's Aquavneture Park, pool complex, games room, Breakaway Cafe & Mini mart, children's playground and camp kitchen, just to name a few!

We stayed for 12 days here in our caravan on the front right on the beach, how good is that. The park is very big and so well maintained, the toilets were spotless and cleaned every day. The place is in good order and the staff were very kind and would stop for a chat or just to see how things were going. Look, it maybe a little on the upper price, but you are getting quality so I'll go with it. On the weekends very busy and ful, but no rif raf, and they even put security on during the weekend. This was great. There was never an issue, the fellow campers were all kind and welcoming so what more could you need. During the week the place is near empty and so peaceful, lovely place and we've booked to come back 2021.

Made to feel welcome and the park is really well set up. Artificial turf on the sites provides just what every caravan park should have. The appearance is so much better than concrete. It also provides an outdoor area beside the van without the usual dirt and grass which can be carried in on your feet. Spotless amenities with social distancing a priority.

A typical high standard caravan park which provides a lovely beach side location situated in its own valley only a short drive into the main shopping and dining area. Powered sites are roomy and there are abundant activities with nice pools, one heated, water fun park for the kids and an amusement room. The camp kitchen is modern, spotless and provides everything. The staff also all were very good.

We stayed for 2 nights in a sea breeze villa, 2 adults and 2 kids. It was the first time staying in a caravan/camping park for me so I might have had inflated expectations. I found the cabin very basic for the very high price I paid, the price was similar to a room in a luxury resort. It was clean and functional, very light and airy. However you would take your own toiletries and own beach towels. The toiletries they provide are basic and I’m sure are replenished if asked. One reverse cycle air conditioner in the entire cabin but I guess it was small enough to be enough. The main bedroom had a ceiling fan which was good. The second bedroom can get a bit stuffy. Generally the cabin was clean and beachfront with lovely views. We didn’t use the cafe, was very basic. The kids facilities in terms of pool, splash park and jumping pillow were excellent and well maintained. Staff were friendly and polite. Location is fantastic with kiama town 5 min drive away with lovely cafes and restaurants and shops. My main concern is that it wasn’t good value.

This is very well run park which is maintained and presented to a very high level. Sites are well grassed and roomy. Amenities are clean and modern. A very large park that offers all sorts of attractions including pools, cafes, lots of kids stuff, beautiful gardens and it’s own private beach. One of the better parks in our country and has been that way for a very long time. One little thing. In some areas it is very tight when getting your van onto the site. If you have a van over say 20’ , then I suggest you check what is offered before you accept.

Stayed here for 13 nights for a good off peak deal for staying 7 days or more. First night was a nightmare only because rude people next to me did not care about the park rules and drank and got very loud. Called park security and they were onto them in no time. Next day I spoke to front desk they said I could move if I liked and I did. Even though the noisy mob were told they will be evicted if they were complained about again. I felt uncomfortable being next to them for the next 2 days of their stay so the park helped me move to another spot. I really appreciated the parks care to my complaint and the rest of my stay was absolutely enjoyable. Weekends were busy but that’s expected. Amenities were cleaned all the time during my stay. The grass is kept mowed and there is a pool plus water park and jumping pillow for the kids. All of which are not too close to sites to interfere with the lovely peace and quiet. You can hear the ocean and the birds and there are ducks wondering around the park. You can walk some of the coastal walk from here, Woolworths is only 5 mins drive away and so is the train station. The staff can’t do enough for you and the place is so well maintained and clean and tidy. 10/10 everyone involved.

The park is spotlessly clean. Especially during Covid times, the toilets were very clean and some closed to ensure social distancing. Hand sanitizer was everywhere around the park. Even the jumping pillows were disinfected. Great location and beach. Staff were very friendly & the sites are very well maintained. Definitely highly recommend.

We camped on an en-suite site and were blown away by the location (private beach), the facilities and the friendliness of the staff. Perfect for families (pool is over chlorinated so they will need googles). All of the shared facilities were spotless.

On arrival, before we even set up, we were thrilled to see fake grass to park on, making it unnecessary for floor mats, or picking stones out of the way. The location was right on the beach, huge choice of sites, and the amenities were clean and tidy. Pools and water park suits everybody, extended our stay. Would definitely come back

We stayed here for the weekend. There was a little bit of a wait for the clean of the villa to be finished to get the keys but the place was absolutely spotless when he got in. We stayed in a Flametree Family Villa and had partial views to the ocean from the lounge window and verandah. Being so close it was a quick dash out to catch the sunrise each morning. The splashpark is great for younger and older kids. Our 7yo spent a good 5 hours across the day there on the slides and under the tip bucket. There were some good areas for our young one as well. The pool area was nice but the kids gravitated to the splashpark so didnt spend much time there. There is also an on-site cafe and store, which is very reasonably priced so no need to leave the park if you did want a quick bite. All in all we had a great time and would definitely look to come back.
