This could be a great hotel. It has a great location, apart from the alarming proximity to the railway, (trains are not that often and they pass through quite slowly). What lets it down is the detail. There is no porter service and only one luggage trolley which everyone has to fight for. We attended a New Year's eve function...

Apartments are very spacious and housekeeping was excellent, clean and well presented. It was obvious though that there was very little maintenance being done. The corridors and walls were heavily marked, bathroom towel rails and rails in lifts were hanging about to fall off. The location is stunning and buffet breakfast average.

Cockroaches on our bed and no room service (even though they advertise it and there is a menu in the room). Function staff are amazing just a shame the hotel itself couldn't live up to what it said it was. Beautiful spot just the organisation of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired

My experience at the The Sebel Harbourside Kiama was ok ... it didn't leave a bad taste in my mouth, but it didn't wow me either. The biggest positive is the sublime harbourside location. Our room was spacious and tidy, however the desk chairs were covered in stains and in need of a good steam clean. The bed was very...

Everything you would expect & need from a hotel room of this nature ... Well designed, large room, good products, iron, tea, coffee etc Staff were friendly plus free parking a bonus Would return although would note night time food options limited in Kiama

The room was ok however it was dirty with hair and what not all throughout the bathroom. The sheets were also marked, however I think it was an old stain. The staff were not the warmest and it took us some time to check out as two staff were having a conversation and the only staff member working was already...

The hotel has an excellent location. I thought the accommodation prices were extremely for paid for. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel, there is a bar and bistro, which is alright for a casual dinner, but there was no restaurant. We could have stayed at Darling Harbour for the price we paid.

Kiami is a delightful town about an hour and 45 minutes south of Sydney, well-known for its “blowhole”, but also with superb walks along the coastline. The Sebel hotel, probably the “best” (ie most upmarket) in town, was apparently built about 4 years ago, adjoining the original hotel which has been converted into apartments. My room was very well specked...

This was the last place in town to get a room for the night, and probably the most expensive. However, it was very pleasant with very nice bathroom and lovely views of the bay out of the large windows.
