Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This van park was small and close to the ocean and shops. The staff are so HAPPY AND KIND. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were spotless and the park has a Tuesday meal deal with the pub. I thank them for their kindness and we will return again.

The caravan park is centrally located & walking distance from to everything- not too far to town if one wants to walk. The owners are lovely people. We stayed in a cabin with our 2 small dogs. The cabin was immaculate with great water pressure & a comfortable bed. Aircon was great too. The park was quiet at night & we felt safe. We were close to The fisherman’s coop & the serene walk along the river. The Pub is being rebuilt which will be wonderful with lovely views. We bought take away Chinese from the Bowling club which was very nice & huge containers. We will return soon.

I doubt you will find a better run park than this one. The manager is always doing things. Bathrooms are super clean. Bins emptied frequently. Everyone will give you a wave when they see you. The permanents are all lovely. There's a lady that does dog sitting in the park ( sign where the washing machine is) speaking of there is only one in the park but there's a Laundromat attached to the park at the front... I somehow missed the sign.... it wasnt my first visit and won't be my last. To the staff so sorry I mixed my dates up... I can't believe I did that!

Great cabin close to the beach. Dog friendly accommodation. Wonderful hosts, who were extremely helpful and accommodating. Great meal at the nearby hotel. Just a wonderful location and I will definitely return with my kayak for some fishing. My dog, a Border Collie named Ted, had a great time too.

Wonderful little van park, close to the Clarence River and beautiful forest walks. Its almost like bush camping but with a small village feel of friendliness and welcome as well as having good, clean amenities. Really well equipped camp kitchen and communal gathering space, tv room, small pool and spa. The small town of Iluka is nearby, as well as the Fishermen’s Co-op selling fabulously fresh fish and those delicious Yamba prawns. The ferry over to Yamba runs daily and is a wonderful river ride, often with the plus of seeing dolphins. It’s a lovely place for a stay and we will be revisiting one day.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin. The facilities were clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The park has all the facilities you need - a camp kitchen, a small pool and a laundromat. The pub is being rebuilt, but they have set up a temporary pub, and it's lovely. You can have a couple overlooking the water and they do counter meals. The Co-op is nearby for your fresh seafood (if you don't catch your own). The Bowling Club is also nearby.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. We had our own caravan but the cabins were fantastic. The camp kitchen was very well supplied and a lovely pool. People were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone.
