For dinner we ordered pork belly, the chilli calamari to share and some garlic bread. All were very good and enough for two people. Dinner was ready faster than expected and was quieter on the outside seating.

Husky Pub is great for a night or two and cheaper than 'most' of the local hotels, the rooms are big enough with balcony access to most rooms (town view room balcony has water view as well) beds comfy, good shower. Pub food is good, it can get noisy late on weekends with music and people leaving.

Took a trip to husky just to try the food at the pub.... Ive heard so many good things about the food and the view , so i thought i would check it out. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere relaxed and the view breath taking.... Although it was a monday, it was still a little busy, my friend...

Negative - Everyone's meals were average. Ribs were disgusting, reminded me of a microwave meal from the supermarket. Positives - Nice outlook. Service was good so will only be going back to drink at the bar. Overall the negatives over ruled the positives.

We had dinner here recently and overall it was good. It is a large hotel with lots if areas to eat. We shared an entree of a trio of dips, but not a lot of flavour. The shared Husky Pizza was better, good thin crust and lots of topping. Prices reasonable, and lots of beers on tap.

My husband and I have found that this is the best place for a meal in the Huskisson and Vincentia area. We have tried quite a few restaurants in the area and this is by far the best. On our last visit I had the flathead tails which were very fresh and delicious and my husband had a Pizza which...

Stayed for a Friday night over the Australia Day long weekend and booked on hotels.com. Was disappointed that website didn't state that the room were above a pub. **Room** 5/10. It has all the basic ammenities that you would expect in a hotel room. Bed and pillows were comfortable and furniture looked relatively new. The balcony area was a highlight...

Hi Baffel, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are disappointed to hear that the Hotel fell short of your expectations regarding noise, maintenance and car parking location. In regards to the information contained on the Hotels.com website, it does state at the bottom of the listing that the Hotel can be noisy...

Went for lunch, adverage for a pub. Nothing to rave about. Some meals over priced. Beer not the best and glasses did not come out of the fridge, pretty flat by the time we got back to the table. Would like to walk into a place like this and have a good old fashioned pub meal without all the fancy...

Just because you're busy doesn't give you an excuse to serve up crap. We were at Coogee Bay Pavilion last Saturday and the place was jammed wall to wall. Not only was our order taken in less than 5 mins our food arrived within 20 mins and it was yum unlike the the over priced crap that came out of...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Huskisson (formerly the Husky Pub) was fully renovated in 2011. It is a full service hotel with bars, bistro, gaming and entertainment. The rooms are modern with all the features expected. 3 X rooms have a shared balcony with 180 degree ocean views and 2 x rooms have a shred balcony with main street views. The hotel was renovated having regard to environmental issues. As such the rooms are heated with a hydronic heating system, However, we decided not to air-condition the rooms as there is usually a sea breeze in summer. Please be aware that the hotel has entertainment until midnight Friday and Saturday nights and some other nights during xmas and Easter; hence it can be noisy. ... more   less
