Used the hotel website to book a twin room for 1 night at a rate of $145/night.
The motel is located in the main street on the northern end of town, opposite the supermarket.
All units are single storey with car parking out the front.
A very helpful check in. We were allocated room 18, located up towards the front of the complex.
Our room was very spacious. A queen size bed & a single. 3 chairs & a dining table.
There is a kitchenette, including kitchen sink, with kettle, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, crockery cutlery & provided washing up materials as well .The window is openable.
The beds were very comfortable.
Wifi was fast & free. The air con works well.
The ensuite is a good size, with a generous number of toilettries. The water hot with a good pressure

We have stayed here before & enjoyed it, so booked 1 night using the hotel's website. Booked a queen room at $150/night.
We rec'd a friendly welcome, advice on dinner & some fresh milk. Allocated room 12 which is down the back of the complex.
This motel is located in the main street across from a supermarket & within walking distance for dinner. It is very quiet with little road noise.
Car parking is out the front of the rooms.
Its a modern comfortable complex with a nice sized room & comfortable bed. The air con is effective & quiet & the wifi free & fast.There is a sink, bar fridge microwave & toaster, kettle & crockery cutlery. 2 bottled waters were in the fridge.
The ensuite had a good consistent shower.
This is a lovely place to stay right in town.

Great place to stay if you’re travelling. We had just 1 night here in a deluxe suite. The room was huge as was the bathroom, it was very comfortable. This would be the only motel I’ve stayed in that has extra fluffy towels, a real plus. Despite being on the main road we didn’t hear any traffic noise. Reception staff were friendly and recommended the Riverina for dinner, a 5 minute walk down the road and great food. Parking was right outside our door which is very convenient.

Booked a Twin Room for 1 night for $139.50.
Motel located right in town & it is a well maintained property.
Paid at bookin & was allocated Room 8. Got some advice for dinner which was very good choice.

Ensuite functional with good quality soaps.
The air con & fridge, when on, was silent, so we could have a good nights sleep. Wifi could not be relied upon

We stayed here on our way to Adelaide & on our return. This is the best motel have stayed in. Clean, comfortable bed, shower was good. Microwave was handy as we heated some frozen meals. Toaster was handy for breakfast. Even had a couple of biscuits. If you want to stay in Hay this one is a beauty. Even though heard a couple of trucks they were not loud, as imotel is tucked away, so very quiet. Highly recommend.

The managers are very welcoming, arranged an early check-in and drove us to the airport the following morning.
Our room was close to the street but was so quiet, no traffic noise at all. It had everything we could want in a motel room, aircon, comfortable bed, table and chairs, a kitchenette with microwave, sink, plates, knives, forks etc., detergent and tea towel. Wow! No washing the cups in a bathroom basin and drying on tissues.
The motel is close to restaurants in the main street. Hay has an excellent hire car/taxi service ($10 flat rate to/from anywhere in Hay including the airport). We used the service to visit several of the excellent museums in town.

Our family of four stayed for one night in a family room. Spotless, the room was pleasantly appointed & the kitchenette was handy too. Pool & the pool area is nice & appreciated after a long day driving. There is also a guest laundry at no cost (washer & dryer) & we made use of this - a laundry now seems to be quite a rare feature. Saltbush is the only motel on our NSW road trip where a guest laundry has been available. Overall very comfortable & we would have been happy to stay longer.

Rooms are newish but my room smelt of cigarettes and the door next door is extremely loud when closing! No sound proofing. Its shame as this place has potential.

Very friendly staff, very clean room with a great mini kitchenette complete with sink microwave cutlery crockery. There is an IGA across the road so it’s easy to make your own breakfast as well as prepare a basic dinner.
We were lucky we booked as all the motels are booked out at the moment due to the filming of Mad Max 111 in the area. Don’t assume you will get a room.

Basic accommodation in Hay. Very clean & spacious. King beds were comfy, sadly no breakfast included…but found Kinfolk down the street.
Very busy motel obviously has a lot going for it.
Wifi was a bit patchy and unable to access Fox Footy for our AFL fix
