Only stayed one night in Harrington and found the Harrington Village Motel very comfortable. Room was spacious, had balcony and lovely outlook over River, was clean and bed reasonably comfortable. Well placed PowerPoints which often drives me mad. Has a camp kitchen for use and kitchen utensils. Owner or manager was very helpful. Location a little away from food and beverage outlets but courtesy buses available or 25 minutes walk. Would stay again.

What a great place, great outdoor bbq kitchen and very friendly owners. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean and tidy with very relaxing sea themed decor. Definitely would return to stay here again, it is a great place to break your coastal journey or for a weekend getaway in a quiet coastal town.

This is a delightful motel which has been decorated with a beach resort feel. The colour scheme, art works and additions gives the rooms a relaxed and delightful feel. The rooms are well maintained and motel is located on a waterside walk. Highly recommended

The only motel in Hartington. The rooms have been updated which was nice. We stayed 6 days and never had the sheets changed, which was very disappointing, considering we paid $130 per night. Otherwise everything was great. Nice pool too.

What a pleasant surprise it was to spend 3 nights here, the room was clean and comfortable, right on the main road, but not at all noisy. They have a wonderful outdoor kitchen and with only 8 units it's a great place to stay for extended families. We would definitely return to this property as the Owners were very friendly and nothing was a problem when I asked that our room not be serviced, but realised we needed extra coffee and milk. With parking right out the front of the room, we can highly recommend staying here.

the owner is a terrible person who stole money $200 plus demanded another $150.00 to put nail polish remover on a tile. He helped himself to $200 from my credit card with no chance for me to do anything or say anything and he just took as much as he could which was all we had. He threatened police (over nail polish) and threatened stealing more money from us until I cancelled the card to stop him taking a further $150. He would not listen to me who is a very calm and good person trying to make sense of him blowing something out of proportion. I paid $200 and was threatened with police and further money demanded from him. He never ever did provide a receipt or photos of what he was alleging. To my pleading with him he replied with getting solicitors it was just that nuts … over nail polish on a tile I paid $200 for with no receipt or photo and I just copped abuse. Don't trust this owner with your card, money or to do the right thing. He didn't even speak to me about it and took $200 for what he believes he was entitled to of my money and he demanded more. It was truly nuts and I still can't even believe it. It was crazy. Yes I did spill a bit fo nail polish and yes I did apologise even after he took $200 but by then he was crazy already and nothing calmed him. He didn't even realise its not possible to ask police to charge me over my accident as he tried to have police want to do something which of course they wouldn't. He is a person who should be seeking immediate help. Be careful.

On our way to the northern coast we wanted to sleep here for one night. We ended up staying one more night because the place was clean and quiet and the room had so much space and all the amenities we needed. From here we made a day trip to Prt Macquarie and came back for a second night before continuing our way.

This is the second time we stayed here. Rooms are not super modern but are spacious and well equipped. There is a BBQ and outside eating area, which is great considering there is not a lot of good food outlets in Harrington. Owners are friendly and helpful with local knowledge and they have a cute kitty who greeted us in the car park. Straight across the road from the river for us to kayak and fish. Mostly great value for money!
